I WILL PURSUE THIS!

As discussed, please see attached loan agreement for your review.

Please sign and fax back pages 4 and 7 of the contract along with proof of income(2 pay stubs), proof of ID (Driver's License) and a voided check for the account that you want the loan to be deposited into. We can accept the routing and account numbers if you do not have checks.

Please don't send money to these people. I live at the address that all the letters from the BBB are coming to, and I felt so sorry for these people. ABSOLUTELY NO financial company is here this is an apartment complex, and for some old reason all these letters kept landing in my mailbox. I assure everyone that this is a scam. Please don't do it. ITS ALL A LIE, and I pray to God these people r caught.

I also delt with Lydia Cooke  on a 5000 loan lost 1003.00 dollars. This woman is a head player preying on your credit ratings  and pockets the money she steals from you. She called me one time the was very short and did-not specify what she was calling about. Each time I had to deal with her I got a sick feeling in stomach because you just knew she was lying about so much.

I received a call from Lydia Cook who informed me I was approved for a 10, 000 loan but in order to secure my loan I would need to purchase an insurance policy in the amount of 652.00. I contacted the FTC as well as BBB and they informed me this company is a fraudulent company. Think about it, if you are applying for a loan you are applying because you need the money so who would ask you to provide them with money first?? They should be able to take the "insurance" fee out of the loan.

I should be thankful......I found this before I sent 650 for 5k! But crushed and hopeless. In the past month I have had money taken out of my account. I applied for payday advance (I know better.Desperate)
online. Received phone call from Jenny Jackson at Cash advance america. 888-265-0230. Yet,no one I spoke with from  cash advance america was American.  They had me go to the public library where I was walked thru the electronic funds deposit. It was actually me being rushed by Derrick Schmitt, who I could not understand most the time. He had me enter my debit card. I did question him first but of course he gave a reasonable answer.  Even straight out lied "You will not be charged anythinh. Its just so we can get to where we need to do transfer." All of sudden he says its done  deposit is going and he's off the phone
Screen pops up to the same stupid list of "loan options" from marketing agencies. Because of my desperate stupidity I paid 99.49 to Premier membership club. Im not a member cuz I cancelled. And no they wont put money back in account. They know nothing about loans. Tina at PMC sure sounded alot like Jenny from India. This is just the beginnig of my situation.
I almost went through with the western union scam. Green form filled out to Shrai Rahkim in India.135.00

Same thing happened to me. They said I qualified for a $5000 loan and said I could either get a co signer or pay $603.95 for insurance. I sent them every dime I could scrap together $605.00. Then no money and when I called they said that my credit score required another $495 for insurance before they would release the funds! The next day when I tried to intact them they had blocked their phone. I then sent Ms. Lidia Cooke an email letting her know I was ready to secure the loan-she called me back within about an hour!
I filed a report with the Better Bus Bureau and a st Louis police dept! I guess I should call FBI as well. Now I am behind on bills and lost my $600. I hope they fry for ripping off the poor! They will fry!

Your best course of action now is to contact the FBI with all the information you have to date and report them as fraudulent. Sorry about your loss

So now you're into them for  $1089.34 when do you think you'll realize that they took you for $1089.34  After you send them additional money?  Or when you're turned down for the loan and the money you sent them is NON-REFUNDABLE!  What a friggin' moap

YOU ARE CRAZY FOR EVEN PERSUING THIS, You shouldn't have to pay for a loan, it kinda defeats the purpose of a loan. If they were legit they wouldn't ask for any money up front unless you're buying a house and that money is for closing costs and some mortgage lenders don't even ask for that   IT"S A FRIGGIN' SCAM

I wam a victim of this company, Isent them the money for insurance and also sent them additional money. I did not receive my loan. I am on disability and now my rent will not be paid because of this. I hope I do not get evicted due to their preying on people. The guy I dealt with name is Steve Johnson. I even told him after I sent money and he assured me it would be in my account today. I asked him if a report I saw on another website was true and he assured me it wasn't. The sad thing is there is no way to get your money back. When I checked them out there was no rating at the BBB and I also checked out Absolute Insurance Solutions last week their website stated that they supplied insurance for American Commercial Finance loans, that has since been changed.

So sorry Judy. That is awful. I also reported them to BBB. The interest rate is what gave me pause. Also, I do have a cosigner. When i sent over all of the info, I never heard from them again. They are awful.

Oh! And I might add; I did not see all of these postings until all the damage had been done, but the last time I did speak with her, she denied any one working there by the names of Ruby Cox or Kate Hamilton, so, I think these people are using ficticious names and if everyone will notice, there is no Manager to contact. Any one can create a fake web site and really make it sound good. So, PLEASEEEEE do not get scammed by these people, folks. They are vulgers waiting to pounce on another prey.

I did not contact these people; they called me. You can't get through to any one. They provide an e-mail for customer service, but if you e-mail them, it comes back and the woman that called me, Lydia Cooke has a voice mail, but she won't return any calls.

Meghan, DO NOT send them any more "money paks". I also was told I had been approved for a $5000.00 loan, but I had to secure $603.98 for an insurance policy. Money would be in my account within 48-72 hours. Well, that didn't happen; so I called to see what was going on and was told I needed to send $485.36 more; still nothing. I have filed a complaint with the BBB in St. Louis and they write them a letter and give them 14 days to reply.  The woman I was dealing with calls herself
Lydia Cooke, but that's probably not her real name. They are scammers. They prey on people's misfortunes and I am widowed and live on disability. Try filing with the BBB in St. Louis.

I looked at the BBB website and Absolute Insurance Solutions is not rated, although the address is that same as on the website.  Last week when I checked the BBB for American Commercial Finance it had not BBC rating, today the rating is an F.

I talked to Gail Summers, my senior loan officer, last week after I received an email stating I was approved for a loan for $5,000 and the loan documents were attached.  I asked her about the $650 indicating that I was concerned about having to pay to get a loan.  She said that they prefer that I use a co-signer and tried to push me that direction, but my guess is she knows it is probable I don't have a co-signer.  I may have my husband call as a co-signer and see what happens.

I was approved for a $5,000 loan and told to purchase a $650 Moneypak to buy Payment Protection Insurance. I got a little worried after realizing that Moneypak does not insure the funds. I've tried to do research and looking on the website for a business license, it shows they don't have an active license. The BBB rates them an F but no complaints. When I asked for the phone number to Absolute Insurance Solutions, the PPI company, I was told they don't deal with the public. If you Google both American Commercial Finance and Absolute Insurance Solutions, neither are listed when searching all businesses under that particular address. I'm going to call the license bureau tomorrow to see if they do have an active license. Sometimes the websites aren't always up to date. If they don't have an active license, they won't be getting my money.

please elaborate further. they do have a website, but the email doesnt work. they don accept apps on their website; also weird. I was "approved" for a 25,000 loan but need to pay 1100 for insurance to secure loan. i was asked to purchase a greendot moneypak and give them the # before i recvd my loan. I bailed. sounds very shady.
