Karen Isbell from Connecticut is a liar, thief and a crack head and should be coked up so she does't hurt anyone else.

These people were trying to scare my daughter into paying for some payday advance. They told her they were going to go to her home or job to serve her paper work. WE reported these jerks to the NY Attorney Generals Office, the BBB and the FTC and also contacted the TX Attorney General as well. Do not pay these scam artists!!! Report these A***oles

Been receiving calls Vince Rossi an mr. McCormack 18773508001 was the number to call them back. They then sent me a email of confirmation for payment with 8776135637 as a call back number. Pobox 194 buffalo ny  14207. Had not considered it to be a scam unroll I received the email it made me second guess so i started to search pcm an Vince Rossi that's when i realized I'd just been scammed.

Now they are using 877-583-1787 to call. I have informed them of my intentions.

I get these calls from  James Russell. He uses the number 877-613-4835.  He told me I was to be served  " within the Hour' as his client - one William Barnett- had sent him an urgent EMAIL instructing him to serve me immediately. I would think a legitimate company would have called him rather than email him with something so important. He does give me a case number which I will hand over to my lawyer and have him check to see if there is an actual complaint filed against me. These people are very threatening saying they will come to your job and serve you if you are not home. I have NEVER had a process server behave in this manner. They are just people doing a job and are usually very nice.Also when real servers cannot contact you they leave a note on you door to call them and make arrangements to deliver the papers. And they already have your address. These people need to be stopped once and for all.

You got to sue these pricks. They tried that S*&t with me and it is completely against the law to misrepresent  
legal action. get a lawyer now!!!! and file a complaint with your attorney general office.

I currently have a lawsuit filed against PCM. their collection methods are against the law. I am suing for $ 4,000. Don't let these crooks take any of your money even if you do owe. Make sure the dept is not past the statute of limitations which I found to be 4 years. My attorney is Todd Friedman 1-877-449-8898. Also be sure to file complaints with your state attorney general office and in New York where PCM is located.

What happen after the call?

Received several calls from "Principle Credit Management" but they left call back number 1-877-583-1787. I am affraid to call this number back, I have no clue who they are.

Again i keep gettin call from principle credit management this time the number was 704-754-5439 and this time a lady called and left me a message they call everyday im about to call the attorney generals office and make a complaint

I got the same calls starting last week.  They said I owed over $1,000 and i needed to pay it off asap.  I asked what it was for and they would not tell me.  So then I asked them to send me a debt verification letter.  I was on hold for 10 min and when the guy came back on the phone he said he sent it.  Never did!  I then started asking him when I took this loan out.  I mentioned the word fraud and he freaked out and said that I was refusing to pay and that he was going to send me court papers.  I said go for it.  Then I asked him when I took this so called loan out and he woudnt give me an answer.  I asked him then to send me the file he has on me and he laughed and said I was stupid.  I ignored his next phone call and now I am getting the phone call saying they will be showing up at my home and work to serve me with court papers.

Have been getting calls all week from a guy named Michael he has left a message everyday saying that if I don't call 877 597 4528 that I will be getting served court papers, he even calls to tell me a time that he's gonna show up and also says that if I don't give him a signature that he's gonna turn me into the judge saying that I refuse to sign whatever serve me then!!!! And he called from a blocked number and the message is left under a unknown number I googled it there in New York!!!!

I gotten the same message. That some was going to come over to my house to serve me with paper unless I call 877-613-4612 with a so called docket number.

i got a call from a private number from a guy named patrick  he said i owed $667.00 and that the company was taking me to court this week and then i asked if i could make payments he put me on hold and said that i could do payments and that they knocked off $200 if i paid a certain amount for 6months the number was 877-613-3727

Received several calls from "Principle Credit Management" but they left a different call back number 1-877-583-1787. I have delt with them many harassing calls from them before from a blocked number. I asked them to send me some form of debt verification in the mail and never received it. I will continue to ignore their calls. I believe they are a shell company of some pay day loan organization called Pay day Max.

I have gotten the same calls twice this week. Will be contacting the federal trade commission with my saved messages. This is illegal practice and I will not tolerate it!

Got the same call and even someone else called from an restricted number saying he has the papers and will be at my house to serve me unless I call the number he provided and a case number.

It's a debt collector.

Got a call on 8/30/2012...said I owed $369.00 and to load it onto a prepaid visa or mastercard...and then I would not be served with papers to appear in court......I told them to send the papers!!!!

What was the person saying? Because I been getting calls to from a different number.

This is a debt collector, has called and left threatening and harrasing messages. I kept the messages and am turning them into the Attorney General for possible law suit.
