I recieved a call from a patrick campbell? he stated he was coming to serve me with paperwork and left me a phone# to call to see what this was about... I called them and looked up there website. They had my full ss# and my address on their files..

They also explained to me that they were in the process of taking me in to a civil court setting for a loan i had taken out..

I looked up the statue of limitations on the loan and the laws... I didnt believe them. a few days later i recieved a certified notice in the mail telling me i was going to court...

Come to find out, i had to appear in court for this situation. paid 2x the amount of what i originally owed.

Rec'd 2 voicemails on my cell phone from a fast-talking male, stating he was (sounded something like) "Petris" or "Tetris" from "Kimball," that I was being served with a notice of legal paperwork, and added a threat to intrude upon my home and/or place of employment if I did not contact "the claimant's office" right away @ 877-613-3727.

Both messages ended with, "...you have been served."

I have not contacted, nor do I intend to contact, "the claimant's office."  I consider these calls as futile attempts to obtain further legal ID info for additional scam/phish purposes.  

Be on guard!  Especially now that many of us are involved in seasonal holiday activities.  Sadly, there is a growing number of people who are actively stealng just about anything they can get from unsuspecting and unaware folk.

On Friday I received a private call and the guy stated his name was Cedric and he wanted to make an appoitment  for me to sign some papers. Well today the same guy called back and this time he said his name is Patrick. Patrick stated he would be stopping by for me to sign for a certified letter. Now I have never heard of a random person delivering certified mail that comes from the postal carrier. Patrick also stated that if I didnt sign for the letter he will be writting refuse on the envolope. So as I told Patrick you may as well write refuse I will not sign for anything so he hung up. Not sure what this is about, and really dont care I dont have any outstanding debit with any companies.

Gentleman called my work claiming that they are trying to serve me with court documents.  Same gentleman calls my cell phone anonimously.  I told them they are not allowed to call my place of employment and he threatened me that I will be served and that it's on me what happens to me if I don't call them back, he also said he can call me at work all he wants and that it's not illegal!  They have been doing this for a while, call non-stop for a time frame, stop and start all over again with different names and numbers.  If I owe anything I should be receiving bills at home with legit information and only then is when I will contact the company to find out an clarify what it is about and resolve.  I will not respond to threats and aggresive behavior, especially when it seems sketchy and not legit.

Principle Credit Management needs to advise their agents not to call a person's job and threating them and made demands.  They do not provide you any information as to what they are calling for but so freaking rude and will not tolerate this in any form.
