They are calling to my old phone number a lot  maybe 10
Times a day

A1 credit, calls 3 times aweek for someone who used to have this number... I'm rude as Jude to the ignorant guy that calls, have explained to him that he's got the wrong person, but he keeps calling... So I teach him new cusswords :)

I think this is credit company for us Enmax utilities.  My Mom moved to a retirement home and we had to close down her account and put one in my Dad's name.  We paid it but under the new number so a huge credit in one owning in the other.  They cannot transfer the money but since they cannot threaten to cut off your utilities since your account is closed they come after you very fast with collection.  Since there is not too many messages about this number it must be small time like this.
Will find out if this is about that by next week when the last $83 is paid up.

This is, I believe, a collection agency looking for an old room mate.  Funny, another number calls right afterwards from 416-239-8285 - seems a collection agency fooling around to bother people.

They keep calling asking for someone with the same last name and first initial but wrong first name. Very annoying.

Call is coming from A1 Credit recovery services to collect debts for Universal Energy for gas and hydro protected services

This women called my house for deceased father in law giving the account number stating that I should call back , I called her back and left message for her that he died in 2008 and stop calling this number ,call his wife in montreal. Maybe they should do some research before calling everyone with the same last name. No more phone calls as of yet

I got this call today as well. What did it turn out to be?

Did you call them back? I don't have any outstanding bills or anything of this nature so can't think of why a credit recovery comany would be calling me.
