Some man with the same voice trying to talk different so he can sound like a different person everytime he calls goes by Stan jackson, or Kate Smith. Supposely  he's a process server for the state of Texas calling me from (877)630-6441 ext. 513 telling me I been signing fraud checks, and am going to be summoned at my home or place of employment. Which I have went to the Attorney General and Sheriffs dept. and told me I was all clear and that there had been cases of the same thing going on and is under investigation and consider it fraud. Kinda creepy there calling my work and trying to get whatever info. that they can.

I just received my second call of the day from that phone number 1-877-630-6441.  The first time they told me to choose ext 513 and the man that left the message stated his name was Tate Smith.  The second call left a message and stated I should call ext 585 and he said his name so fast I could not understand it.  I was informed that these are scams.  I was on another blog with similar stories http://blog.credit.com/2012/06/despite-attent ... s-keep-calling/.  Just be careful and do not disclose anything.

I have gotten the same calls.  They even called my boss and told her that I wrote a bad check and broke my contract.  Also a man named Ted Thomas called and tried to say he was with the State of California and he was serving me at my work and needed to call 877-630-6441 X584 before he serves me.  They call all day every day.  This is a scam!  Do not give them any bank, credit or debit card info at all.  They are low life scum that just try to steal your money.

A David Gray called my work, my house & family member threatening about a Legal Summons. Says I owe him company money.  Will not tell me what it?s for, who it?s for or the name of his company.  He keeps calling me over & over again at my place of work even though I instructed him not to.  File a complaint with the Police (I have) and contact a lawyer(My lawyer is calling now).  They are threatening & illegal.

very agressive behavior. Posing as legal and law enforcement authorities.  Immediately reported the situation to the police.  Under investigation.

Is this company scam? They say i owe someone but could not accurately give me information on who im suppose toow.
