Get almost constant calls from this number to my work line during business hours, despite asking to be taken off the call list. I cancelled all of my Rogers services (over $200 per month) for numerous reasons, including their incessant telemarketing. THEY STILL WONT STOP. I block one of their numbers, and within a few days they start calling from another one. MAKE IT STOP.

If you have an Iphone- and you have updated to the IOS 7- after they call, click on the i with the circle and scroll all the way down and block the number.

Legitimate telemarketer calling on behalf of Rogers (they even said who they were and were calling on behalf of Rogers, but didn't catch the name).  I'm a Rogers customer so they knew exactly what my status with Rogers was.  They tried to sell me on other services and making sure my current service was ok.  The caller was polite and was apologetic over some technical issues I was currently having.  Unfortunately he was a little hard to understand at times.  I was polite as well, the call was about 10 minutes in length.
I'm still going to be adding the number to my caller ID blacklist though, as I'm not interested in these types of calls.

I called my rogers customers service dept and spoke to Louis he confirmed the #'s I gave as ligit.

They are outside telemarketing services HIRED BY ROGERS CABLE to call all their customers and offer discounts on their accounts.

I was given the do not call list # by my Rogers Rep, so I will not get these calls in the future. 1-866-580-DNCL (1-866-580-3625).

I had a call from a place called infocision talked to a Steve Boyd he was very polite and well educated he answered all my questions from billing to all my services. I wish all Rogers customer service agents were like him he was very well mannered and  friendly and quite helpful he even sold me a package for my TV I asked what Infocision was and he said it was a third party call center located in the Niagara area and that they call customers on behalf of Rogers we must have talked at least an hour and after the call was over I had a lot of knowledge about Rogers services  that I never knew before thanks for being so patient and understanding I am 73 years old    kudos to you Steve hope we talk again.  I hope they pay you well.

They call a couple times a week or more and leave a message: "Hello? Hello? Heelloo." I'm pretty sure the automated "Leave a message at the tone" means NO ONE F****NG ANSWERED THE PHONE. Retards. Next time I will answer and screw around with them. May as well make it fun.

Keep getting calls and when I answer it is just dead air. This very frustrating when you drop what you are doing, race for the phone to find out that there is nobody there. If they dont want to talk to you why do they call?

Does Rogers pay their employees well, Draven? The number of times per day that I receive calls from this number is disgraceful. Even after answering the call and clearly saying NO THANK YOU, they still call me 2-4 times per day for several weeks. This is harassment and 15-20% off of my bill for signing a 2 year contract will NOT make it OK. So now YOU can use your eyes and ears and recognize that people like me don't want or need to be called a kabillion times by telemarketers.

I just got a call from these guys and obviously the fella' was from India, but I heard him out.  He asked me if I was happy with my service, I said fine.  I only have Internet.  The guy offered me 20% off my Internet service if I stuck with Rogers for 2 years.  I've been with them for the last 10, so I figured, why not?  Now for 2 years, I have 20% and 15% off my monthly bills in the first and second years, respectively.

Instead of freaking out and automatically yelling "SCAM!!! SCAM!!"  maybe you imbeciles should actually stop and use your ears for a better purpose than to keep your ears from fighting.

The company claims itself as telemarketers working for Rogers. It is likely true, since they have full access to the Rogers database with personal information and can control your account. Then they try to re-subscribe you to the same services that you have but with the increased prices. I called to Rogers directly to check those prices. The prices have not changed! But that telemarketing company has already unsubscribed you and charged you (i.e. Rogers charged you) with early cancellation fee (in my case it was about $40). Is it without consent of Rogers? I doubt it very much.

they have called my cell at least 2x a week since mid august (no, i do not answer...if you're not in my phonebook, leave a message...if you don't leave a message, i will never answer!)

according to the cdn gov't...here's their info:

they are an offshore company (meaning they outsource to distant countries to contact citizens of their domestic nation...in other words, they're based in toronto but get people in india and pakistan to call canadians...it's a way of getting around the do not call list...how is this acceptable? how is this legal?

by the way, on their website, www.teleperformance.com/canada, there is no link to a do not call list.

and, for the record, it's not a scam...their client base includes rogers, bell, verizon, rbc, bmo...
