had a voice mail with a robo generic voice from 8776332779 staing this was an attempt to discuss a legal matter about a returned item in my checking account, i immiediately called my bank and was told there is nothing wrong with my account.....so now im checking out this number to see its bs...glad i never called back....is there somewhere i can report them and hopefully stress them out ?

They are a subsidiary of Medlink International Inc. using the address of 3020 cypress Drive, Suite 200  Wichata Kanas 67226 Their listed CEO is Mr. Brian Lichtin, and their telephone number is 316-260-8002. Give him a call and let him know his days may be short. I am.. For Mr Lichin's information I make more in one month than perhaps he does in a year, and don't associate with his type garbage. Br careful Mr. Lichin you days may be numbered.

Received a call from 205-378-3040 telling me to call 877-633-2779. Told me they would be serving me papers at my job or home around 2pm. Well its 355pm. Called the number back & advsd the lady that i was recording the call & that debt was paid in full. I had all my info in front of me proving I had paid. I didnt give her any info. I told her they were bogus. Told her the agency that I paid wanted them to contact them. AFter I got thru with her she said..ok ok ok, i will mark you as PAID & you have a nice day!! Lol so you will take my word for it & just mark me as PAID! Right. Not real

I received a phone call from this number stating they were serving papers for a debt back in 2011 . Not reviewing they scanned me out of $50 . I looked and realized it was a scam now I have to change. My account #

I received a call from 877-633-2779stating that i owed money for a payday loan.  I had taken one out  years ago but repaid the loan.  They claim that they are working for Ace Cash Express.  I calle Ace Cash Express and was told that no I didn't owe any money, and that they did not know who Tomco Services group was.  I gave them the information and forwarded to my local police.  Also, they have a processor claiming he has paperwork.  I told him to meet me at the police department.

Called say they tried to reach me to serve papers & a legal matter that's been brought against me & something about my SSN.They wanted to meet somewhere to discuss the matter before anymore serious legal action is taken

received a voice message from some strange sounding guy that said that he had received a fax in his office of  a court complaint filed against my name and social security. Since he wasn't able to get up with me that he was trying to setup a time and place for us with some legal documentation. he gave me a number to call to contact the company that is filing the complaint. This is the number that he gave me to call. It seems that he is trying to scam someone.

I received a call from 209-623-1313 today. The recording said they were calling about my husband (they used his first name spelling the last) and said they would be attempting to deliver some legal papers to our place of businesuse his name in their schemes between 2 & 4 today. The recording states that if  we have any questions or wish to discuss this to call 877-633-2779. I did a search on the number and it's supposedly a company called medappz and this number is clearly listed on their site, medappz (dot) com
I'm reporting this so that hopefully something can be done about stopping this kind of thing. The reason I'm so upset about it is the fact that my husband died nearly six months ago, and these people have the nerve to try to use his name in this scheme!

I immediately began to ask for her name, social security number, and if she could borrow against her home to give me some money on a 12 year old debt. I could not contain my laughter. I asked her if she had graduated from high school. She was like what? She was recording the call and I believe it was on speaker.  Tomco is located in Niagara Falls where the median income is a measly 24,000 dollars a year. It is also the 53rd most crime infested city in the country.   The school syI called Tomco today and a lady answered. I said I'm calling to collect on a debt that Tomco owes me. I received a call today that stated they were calling about a returned check on my account. I haven't had a checking account in about 14 years.
Also all of any of my outstanding past debt is well over 10 years old which is well above the statute of limitations for collecting are suing on my debt in my state. At this point I am in fact receiving pre approved credit card offers. I told the lady she have the wrong number and I put them on my block list.
Everyone should read up on the statue of limitations on debt in their state.
The debt collectors today are so stupid and unprofessional. They try to collect on these old dead obsolete debt and threaten you with legal action or the Sheriff's Office coming to your house which is totally illegal under the Fair Debt collections act.  the people who work for these companies try to you scare tactics and are overly aggressive and usually inarticulate when speaking to them on the phone. I don't waste my time anymore I just tell them you have the wrong number.

(888) 594-8320, to call it back. When I did they told me I would be served papers if i didn't pay $1,000 today, and I would be "sorry" if I didn't pay. LOL. I wish these people would find something better to do!!

They called me a couple of weeks ago and it was a robocall, which said they were going to serve me with legal papers at work unless I called them at 877-633-2779.  However, the number on the caller ID said 352-653-1515. I didn't call, and they never did serve me with papers.  They called last week but hung up when it went to voice mail.  They called again today, and the robocall said there was a returned item on my checking account, which is a total lie. They also said they were trying to reach someone that I've never heard of.  Seems like a scam.

Claimed they were trying to contact our son about a legal matter. They shouldn't have called our number. Contacted our son and he informed me that he's never heard of them and that he's contacted those he does business with with his latest contact information. He searched the iNET and determined that it's a fishing operation attempting to steal personal sensitive information.

My father received a call from this number stating they were looking to conduct legal service of a claim against my father. However, they didn't seem to have my father 's full name and appeared to be fishing. Be very suspicious and cautious.  This does not feel kosher!!

I have received several of these calls stating it is a legal attempt to contact someone I have never heard of.  I finally called back the number, and asked to be removed from this dialer/call list.  I hope this does it.  

This a caller, using a robo caller and claiming to be making a "legal attempt to contact" someone that worked for my company several years ago for only a few days.  I can only assume that is the prelude to a collection effort.  I called them back and told them they were calling a business number and that the guy in question had worked here several years ago and they claimed they'd take my number out of their dialer.
