Company calls all hours, days and weekends. Incoming call only has 4 digits. 5199

Guy called saying had important business matter wouldnt tell me what it was about and gave me call back number as this and told me his name was don black but when called back he answered phone with different name and phone that came up on caller id was 5129 and asked for my cell phone no way was I giving it out. If you have important business with me mail me something in writing.

Same thing happened to me with the caller id number on my phone. A 4 digit number came up. They were looking for some guy (and I am a girl) and I told them they had a wrong number. They then went further and were telling me I was this dudes wife and I was a lier!!! Are you kidding me?! I kept on and on telling them I wasn't this guys wife and to take me off their calling list. Apparently they have "records" that there was a call from my phone number many months back. I had no idea what they were talking about. They were NOT willing to listen and take me off of whatever calling list they have. I don't owe any of these wanna speak english guys anything!! In the end I just had to hang up because they were not listening to me, I didn't have time to argue.

I got the same call from these clowns, either Indian or Pakistani sounding, and trying to speak English, I'm assuming India, as the vocabulary is decent, but the pronunciation is very Indian.  They want to verify personal information, but will not tell you what they are calling about other than an "urgent financial matter" but also won't say on behalf of who.  They are using invented names, as i had a phone message from a Ron James and then spoke to a person today that used the same name but did not have the same voice or specific dialect....

Call the Better Business Bureau and report it, and some police departs have services to track and investigate this fraud as well.

They will not provide address information of where they are at over the phone if you talk to them.

They claim they have an important business matter.  They evade anonymous call blocks by sending a four digit number to the caller ID such as 5123 in this instance.  Normal caller IDs will not display this, I only found out about this by looking on my online call logs.  

After further investigation, I have found that they are not legit.  Stay away from these con artist.  ANYONE can claim they are a collection agency or steal the name of a collection agency to scam you.  All they want is your personal information.  And you've guessed it, they can't speak English very well.  You do the math.

i just got the same call said there name was Scott Furishment? idk wouldnt tell me why they were calling just told me to call that number and it came up as Unknown number

left message could not understand anything but the number,his name sounded like micheal jobs?
