These people harrsing my employer claiming they have a warrant for arrest..NO such lawfirm! just debt collectors... they need to stop their bs.

The party is calling our place of business looking for an employee claiming she owes them money.

Hahaha..right on the money man! These jokers keep calling me on a bogus debt..saying they sent me letters since June of 09..I tell them I never received any and did they send them certified with a signature card..they don't even know what to say but talk over me as I talk..if they were any kind of law or collection firm they would know to send a letter to you certified as proof..but they didn't..they are liars in the first degree and scam artists..

i keep getting calls from this number telling me i owe the bank. i live in georgia but i was told someone is using my other name this is fake!

As far as I know, you don't need a law degree to threaten people over the phone to pay old debts.  If they truly are attorneys, they would know that this type of harassment is illegal.  They would know all the federal regulations in order to collect.  I DON'T have a law degree and I know that!

Received a message on my cell phone from a guy who said he was from the litigation department of Solomon and Strauss.  He read some phony docket number and I knew it was a crock because this so-called "law firm" contacted me four months ago regarding a payday loan from last year.  If they cannot provide me with something in writing that shows the legit amount that I owe, they need to leave me the hell alone!  These guys are a scam!  For those of you who got a call from them, whatever they told you, have no fear.  You're not going to jail.  You won't get sued.  They're nothing more than bullies.  These people take advantage of people who don't know their rights.  No collection agency, from what I've read, has a good reputation.

The above "law firm" is a bunch of scum bags.  The owner buys old debt for pennys on the $ and tries to collect on it using tactics such as saying they are a lawyers office, they are cops and that you owe thousands more than you already do.  Nobody pay these idiots!!!!  They have no authority to take you to court.  Basically all th people they have working fr them are pimply faced teenagers who dont know that this is wrong.  It all falls down to the owner strong arming them and making them collect this way.

It turns out solomon and strauss were retained regarding divorce paperwork my seperated wife had filed... go figure.  they can go to hell and so can she!!

I recieved a call from this firm.  I decided to look the number up before calling them back and read a few nasty things and a few nice things.  So i called them back and listened to what they had to say.  Not sure about all these people having a bad experience because when i called i spoke to two different people and they were both decent and nice people.  I know this is a blog so obviously people can write whatever they want on these things but like i said my experience didnt go bad at all. I had a bill i payed it i got a paid letter and that was that.

I had a loan with these people. I worked out an arrangement and they were really easy to deal with. It was on my credit report but after i paid it, the company updated it quickly for me. It was a pleasure dealing with this company. I wish i had all of my bills with them.

I got a call from this office a few weeks ago and verified with check and go that this debt is valid. turns out it is still valid and a collection agency tried getting ahold of me in the past but i moved and didnt have the same number anymore.  I set up weekly payments and didnt have a bad experience with anyone there.  They were even nice enough to double up a payment on one of the days i couldnt make my payment. All in all im happy.

these people make false threats they are nothing more than a collection agency they need to be shut down they say things like they are filing charges against me for not paying a bad debt im reporting these people to the ftc and the atty general the guy who called me said that they have a cell with my name on the bench this is going to far now if these people call you contact your state atty general's office shut them down.

One of my friends received a message from the above number yesterday in regards to me and a bad check claim. I called them 6 times since then leaving messages asking about this supposed claim and no one calls you back. I looked them up and this website is what I found.

Maybe if you " jeroff " collectors would:
#1 OBEY FEDERAL LAW
#2 MAKE SURE YOU ARE CALLING THE ACTUAL PERSON WHO OWES
Instead of breaking the law and calling very outdated contact information, repeatedly after you are told it is a wrong number, you may garner a hair bit more respect.

Till then, go " jeroff " in the corner by yourself till you get rug burns.

its real simple, when u borrow money, you have to pay it back.  Plain and simple, dont knock the debt collecting, question yourself.  But listening to you people is pretty entertaining, "DONT BE A VICTIM FIGHT BACK AGAINST COLLECTORS" maybe the bank is the victim, when they approve you jeroffs.

they contacted me as well saying if i didnt pay this debt they would contact my local district justice and file legal action...

Just got a call from this number.  Getting an attorney, ASAP.  Messed with the wrong person!
