this company came out, without proper tools, claims to record phone conversations so you owe them a service charge (which they do not tell you up front), went away to get a "tool" come back price is now $100-$150. I said not and now they harass me every day. They want a credit card number. THEY ARE CRAZY!!!!

Absolute scam artist.  Looking for a local locksmith in the Milford CT location came across these nasty unhelpful full of attitude fakers.  Came out to our store location with nothing but absolute attitude from screaming because they felt the number that was provided wasn't adequate to telling me "well keys obviously can't be made on site you should've been more specific in what type of service you needed - then proceeded to go on and on.  Had the nerve to call back for a $19 service charge.   Be Aware of these scam artist who prey on people who need help and are not from the area.

Called for a local Locksmith.  The guy came out - wanted to charge 150.00 for the lock and 157.50 to install a new one.
I paid him his 'Service Fee" of 15 bucks and told him to take a hike.  Came back and said he could do it for 100 dollars.
Not professional at all.  Drove up in an unmarked vehicle.  No ID.  No Company name - no receipt.

I called a local number looking for a locksmith and the crook that came out showed up in an unmarked van and tried to charge me an $85 service call charge plus $399 to open my car! I refused his services. The next day a "manager" called me from this number to find out what happened and was allegedly going to look into what happened. I don't trust them at all and I believe they are all involved in the scam. The legit locksmith I ended up with said this is a common scam.

i wish i checked this out before i called them. i left my keys in the car and the car was running. so i was panicking didn't know what to do. i saw the number on google and called them right away. it was advertised for $15 to unlock it, when i spoke to the agent she said that it was just going to be $15. so i waited. an hour later the guy came and quoted him $129, but i was so desperate and gone with it. he charged me for $75 to use the "tool" but it was just an air jack and a long stick to unlock the door then $19 for the service call plus $35 for the service charge! what a rip off! never ever call this company!

I am harrassed by this person, and the service technician showed up even after I told them not to come unless you had the particular weslock model number. He cut the phone while I was talking, and when I thought he would call back, he actually showed up on the door, and asking me for service charge for no reason.

Yep...same story here, mine came out told me it would be $85 plus the service charge I was like OMG, then he said if I went to the ATM machine he'd do it for $50 cash, and now I get phone calls every day saying i still owe the $19 fee. Thankfully I was not at my address when this happend nor did i give them my credit card info. So they have no means to continue to do bad things to me other than bug the hell out of me when the call all day everyday. It will end and they will tire of me long before i tire of them. they have employees doing bad business with and for them, that is not my problem

Wish I had seen these posts before we called. My sister locked her keys in her car at my place. When I called, the technician called her and said it would be 20 minutes. He showed up in his own personal car appearing very rugged and frustrated. As he was getting the supplies out, I asked him what the charge would be and he said $109. I asked why it was so much, if it was because he had to drive so far or what the issue was since it was still daytime. He got really frustrated and proceeded to angrily reply he had to come from downtown and that had nothing to do with it. He said it was because it was a 24-hour service. I have locked my keys in my car and it cost $45 at 11:30 at night so I knew he wasn't telling the truth. He then looked at my sister and said "do you want this done or not?" I told him that I would be the one paying so he doesn't need to be rude to us or act like that. He then went crazy and cussed at my saying "f you" (but the real curse word) and also called me the B word. He got in my face. I am 5'4" 130 lb. I was scared. He got into his car and I told him I would be calling the company. When I called, things got even weirder. The manager was also rude to me and told me I owed him $19 for a service charge. I told him after being talked to like that, I would not be paying a service charge, especially since there was no labor done. The technician keeps texting my younger sister and the company has tried to call me twice. They took none of our information, didn't even have us fill anything out. DO NOT call these people. It is a scamming business

CALLED THESE CLOWNS LAST NIGHT.  I LOCKED MY KEYS IN MY CAR.  ASKED FOR A QUOTE.  DON'T HAVE ONE WILL HAVE TO SEE THE CAR.  OK I JUST GAVE YOU THE YEAR, MAKE AND MODEL OF THE CAR.  STILL HAVE TO SEE CAR.  CAME OUT QUOTED AN OUTRAGEOUS AMOUNT, TOLD THEM NO THANK YOU!  A GUY CALLS ME TELLING ME I OWE FOR THE SERVICE CALL.  NOT SO....  I SAID.  YEA YOU OWE & YOUR GOING TO PAY, SO WHAT CREDIT CARD WILL YOU BE USING.  I SAID NONE  AND HUNG UP!  THIS MORNING THEY ARE STILL CALLING MY LINE.  GET OVER IT!  OMG........  WISH I HAD SAW THESE POST PRIOR TO CALLING THEM.  THEY ARE JUST BAD BUSINESS......

A locksmith company?  I don't even know who i called the technician who showed up did not know who the mother company was.  He had all different prices then i was quoted on the phone.  He had the order all wrong, then we decided they were not for us and the calls have not stopped.  BAT Sh---iT CRAZY is what they are.  Do not ever call these people although could not even be sure what their name is.....One and Only locksmith - the technicians do not even work for them.  They are all on different pages and unprofessional.  OMG.  BSC.

This is a scamer's phone number.  I got a phone call from this number in regard lock service.  A guy name Zagg even came in pretend to be the lock service I called.  Harass me in paying them money. so be aware this phone number.

This company sucks. I just got an estimate from them and now they harass me and call me everyday. When they connected me with a locksmith the locksmith didn't even want to come and told me to fix it myself.
(which after a while of puzzling, I did)

This is the height of bad shady practice and if you look at the company on BBB they have gone bust. They have obviously come back with the same business on the same number.

They have called every day, now it has been 2 weeks. I did not use them due to their high estimate.
You would think they they would stop calling, but no.

Although I canceled a potential service call from these people when they quoted me a rate that could only be described as price gouging, they continue to call me and say a service technician came to my home multiple times ? and they want me to pony up. I can DOCUMENT they didn't come (I have security cameras!) ? and my husband can verify that I told them NOT to come.
