I processed a complaint too. This is ridiculous. Tracy Miller actually called and left a message for my manager at work re: debt. Unreal.

I got the same call today from 727 233-8219 and was advised to call 1-866-812-3323 when I called that guy started to ask question but before he could get a word out I told him I needed a physical address and a fax number and he hung up. I then tried to call the 727 number and it's out of service.

Please file a complaint against this company with FTC(Federal Trade Commission) and keep track of all their phone calls and threatening messages.I wrote a complaint to FTC and they told me not to be in contact with these people and not to discuss anything with them.They threatened me too,but FTC said that they have no right to show up to my place of work or my house.If more people complain about them their scam there may be a class act against them.FTC already knows that they are scammers.

I had a payday loan company deposit $300 in my bank account without me knowing about it and after that they kept taking money from my account every 2 weeks.The company's name was Triple Lend Services from Jacksonville,FL.I tried to contact them and tell them that they made a mistake and I never applied for a loan but their phone number was invalid and the same goes for their e-mail.
I had to cancel my bank account so they will be forced to call me and figure out the whole situation.After a couple of months I received multiple phone calls at my place of work and my cell phone.I told the lady who was calling that I never applied for a loan and it was a mistake,but she said that I'd better pay them $1500 because they are a multimillion dollar company and I wouldn't want to go to court with them.I told them to go jump and after that the phone calls stopped.
But today they started calling me from another number trying to scare me into paying them some crazy amount of money,so I filed the complaint about them to FTC.

I received the same phone call today and strongly believe that these people are using scare tactics to make people pay them money.I submitted complaint agains this company to BBB and Fair Trade Commission(FTC).

Was given this number on voice mail.  Call came from 501-251-1791, very nasty person, Robin Thompson (if that's her real name) said there was a claim against me.  Told her she had wrong number & disconnected.  Called back left the 877 number.  If this is legitimate then how is it that she needs personal information from me in order to locate my home and employment??????  This smells like a scam and a set up to me.

a tony burks has been calling me also telling me the same thing that i should call 18776535018 when i asked what this was about he said he didnt know and that the papers where sealed but that i had been offically notified and to call the # to work things out before papers are served.

Received a call from 713-936-2599 from someone name Kate Cook who was very aggressive.  I only picked up because she had called me 7 times in 20 minutes and I was pissed off.  She then said she had some documents she needed to give to me and needed my address...I refused and told her I didn't know anything about this...now the name she asked for was my maiden name and I have been married for 4 years.  She then said she was calling for for a company name Accurate and gave me a file number and the number 877-653-5018.  I hung up then 10 minutes later my 83 year-old mother in law starts getting the same calls back to back.  I don't know who these people are or why they are trying to harrass and intimidate by talking about being arrested because I told her that the County counstable surely could find me if they looked up my drivers license.  This is the 2nd time in 8 months this has happened and it's harrassment and should be illegal.  Does anyone know who to report this to?  I've been told it is connected to Payday loan companies, which I have never had.

Tony Jackson called from 414-877-2056 my office phone 6 times in the last 20 minutes and left one message.  Left me a stupid message saying I need to call him to verify my work/home address so they can deliver me paperwork for a claim against me.  OMFG as I'm typing this he has called me back 2 more times.  Get a real job!!

Received 3 calls back-to-back while at work from 814-886-1788.  A person named Karen Cooke. Did not say who she was working for but that I had "2 options." Demanded I giver her my home address and/or place of employment address (which I refused). Caller gave me a claim # and told me to call 1-577-653-5018.  She ended the call by saying "you have officially been notified."

yes some guy stating that he is a locator working for a company called accurate.  He called me from 727 233 -8219 and told me to call  1-877-653-5018 to work things out before he serves me with some papers.  He said during the end of the call, you are hearby officially notified, because I told him that I did not know anything about the issue.

Received threatening phone call from someone named Tony Jackson and the call was a WRONG NAME.  I cannot express the anger for having to deal with hostile rude people and the call was not even for me.  I have contacted them and hope I do not receive any more threats.
