constantly call for someone who is not me and threaten that they will be serving at place of employment or residence (I am retired and do not have any loans with them) but they state other persons name and business and do not show their number. It comes up as private, I got them the number by listening to a message - tired of their threatening, harrassing calls, which aren't even for me. Bunch of a.holes. I called the number they left on answering machine and got "Thank you for calling NCS"

they have been calling (private) me for at least a year tell me i will be served and to call a this #. another site a while ago said its some sort of scare tactic. i think what they are doing is against the law.

they are calling me about loans that are owed and telling me that i will be served at my job or my home...i dont know what to do about this situation
