I called them back. It is Time Warner Cable. They are calling to offer a new service they are providing. They are now providing Wireless Internet all over the US. They have an introductory 30 day no-risk trial offer. So if you're interested in trying a new wireless internet call them back.

Its Time Warner and they want to tell you about a new something or another. I answered once, told them I was at work and hung up. They just called again thinking I should be home at 6:00 pm, I think so too . . .

I actually called this number back because it just called me and found out that it was Time Warner Cable. It may have been from a past due bill.
