1-877-663-1303 got a recorded call ojn Nov 18th at 930 pm saying there coming to my work place or home and going to court for a summon that I owe credit 1 bank I've been paid my old debt 2 years ago now there calling me lol this is a joke you guys can try better come to my door and see what happens... my mom got a phone call and they informed her that the police would be there to get me if I didn't call back she call the number and told them I didn't live there anymore.  He told her for me to call him back his name is Danny Marcell.  I don't know this person so I didn't call them back and won't I am so tired off all this phone calls I wish I didn't have a phone at times.  I am also tired of being harassed and threaten.  I wish they would get a life and a job.  I am not giving anyone money over the phone or credit card number.  

I told one place come and get me and they never showed up.  Bunch of frauds, cause I had security waiting on them.  

Receive call from 877-663-1303 both on my home and cell phone. This is the third time. Same message as above. Sign a summons, will come to my work or home, have two forms of ID and a security guard can sign.
I am just ignoring them. Tired of being harrassed and threatened. This is a scare tactic.

First let me ask who in their right mind would speak to anyone when you have not received any notices in the mail, your credit report shows nothing and you owe nobody or business anything? Because my family owns a collection agency I do know a little about the ends and outs of bill collecting.  When I get on line to check these idiots out, yes the have a web-site but it has NO address (street or otherwise) and every number they have is either an 877 or 866 so they can't be traced.  I say bring it on !!!!!!!! They use "some" legal jargon to make it appear on the up and up but I wouldn't give them the time of day. report them to the FCC. If you put in writing a demand for them to stop calling and harassing you , by law they must leave you alone! The only info for an address (street or otherwise) is on their web-page.

These CLOWNS just called my cell number and left me the same message that they would show up at my house and have 2 forms of ID ready or they would come to my employment to deliver a summons.  First and foremost, you have to file something with a court in your local town to have a summons.  It is normally delivered to you by a sheriff or deputy not some random person.   The are like bloodhounds, they want you to give credit card information over the phone or your banking information.  I hope these clowns show up at my house, they will be in for a surprise.  They are nothing more than some men with short mans syndrome trying to be all bad on the other end of the phone.

Have called twice with the same message. Have they ever actually showed up?

Just remember that the "settlement" that they "negotiated" for you means that they paid about 12% of whatever the original debt was from your original creditor. They are a third party collection agency that tricked you into thinking that they were helping you out.

And then you ran over to 800 notes to tell us all about it?

Only you forgot to mention how long you've worked in this boiler room operation.

This firm actually helped me resolve a matter that a previous agency mis-represented. JMK assisted me in getting refunded money that I paid thinking a debt was paid. They were very professional and patient with me as it took over a month to get the mess cleaned up. I was given a better settlement than even expected and my credit report was updated as they promised well within the time-frame I was given. They have a tough job and I for one could not do it! As far as other comments like "going to deliver a summons," that sounds like the legal courier that called me. I know this will probably be the only "thumbs up" the receive here, but I have to give them this one. Thank you JMK for going above and beyond in my efforts to clean-up my credit....

My mother got a call from these people, but their recording got mangled in her answering machine.  Same number, JMK & Associates.  Could be an old debtor gunning for me, but their website says that they are picking up "charge offs" from credit card companies, and all of mine have been paid off, including two banks that went under.  Mom's paid up, so...this will be interesting to see.    

Up until June 12, 2013, they were a convention/event planning/management company.  As of June 12,m 2013, the "new" owners took over as what you see on the website now.

I too get these same calls on both my home and cell phone. I'm not even the party they are looking for and my desire is for these people to show up on my door step.

I received a call from 877-663-1303 two days ago, telling me there are going to deliver a summons. And if I am not home they will come to my employment. For my call too no name of person, company or what it is for. Also just like other posts securty officer would have to sign and failure to respond could result in a missed court appearance. there are just too many of these kind of businesses out there. Problem is they change their names so often it is hard to keep up.

"If at work a security officer will have to sign as witness. (Sign what??) failure to respond could result in a missed court appearance (for??). ". Never gave a name, a company name, nor was the call even addressed to a specific person. Dumb.

Phone shows up via search as JMK Associates. Never heard of them. Caller never identified himself or company.

SCUM OF THE EARTH TELEMARKETER'S, USING BIG WORDS THEY CAN NOT SPELL WITH THE GED EDUCATION.

Left message stating they were going  to go to my house or place of employment and gave a number for me to call. I didn't and I won't.

This number is from JMK & Associates a "law firm" that calls and tries to stress you out by telling you they have filed or have sent out a summons or lawsuit concerning credit card debt, breach of contract, or attempt to fraud from a credit card company. They will not provide concrete information concerning your account or the company suing you other than the "visa" or "mastercard". It appears they buy old accounts or newly created ones and try to make bank. I had a rep from JMK & Associates call today even though I filed bankruptcy, so one would assume it's for old debt, not newer ones or anything listed on your bankruptcy details as it's illegal to do so during proceedings. My attorney fixed them within minutes. Don't let them scare you!
