I got a call from 214-838-9022 in which the guy says his name is Ray Carter and he is a private investigator looking for a family member of mine. He stated I was listed as a reference and even questioned my relation with the person in question. I refused to provide him with any information and he supplied the 877 663 7915 number to have said person to call him back within 24 hours or else that person will be served a court summons regarding fradulent checks. NOT POSSIBLE!!!! These scumbuckets who are calling and harrassing people arent private investigators. A private investigator wouldnt call people and threaten them do one or thing or the other. I believe they could be debt collectors but I REALLY think this is some sort of scam. Please dont waste your time talking to them or giving them any information whatsoever!

This guy calls saying that he's from "The State office in regards to a fraudulent check charge for -not my name- and that they shall send "local authorities over for an official summons, should I not return their call.
