Same thing, same scenario.I called back, all I get is a message to leave a message.

Just got one from Keisha at x3139. From what I have been reading it is a call on behalf of a medical organization seeking to retrieve the client portion of a bill after insurance has paid their part.

Got a message to call this number back. The message said they were "The Buisiness Office" and also said the call is not a solicitation nor were they calling to collect money. Called back and asked for the extension they gave me (3111) and no one has called me back yet. Just wanted to put them on blast for calling my office cell phone and ask how they got the number. BE CAREFUL! GIVE THEM NO PERSONAL INFORMATION! If they can't identify themselves (even after I asked who they were) IT IS A SCAM!

left a message, said they were The Extended Business Office and was a courtesy call and said "This is a business matter."  Call Keesha.

Received call like several others listed here: Diane calling from the Business office. Stated she is not a telemarketer but never calls me on my cell which if she was from a billing agency would have that number. She always calls me at work. I can't get to the phone so we never make contact. Kinda fishy that she is not calling my contact number provided to any bills that I have submitted???? Wonder if this is a legitimate call or someone fishing for info.

Just got one saying personal business matter. Keisha at extension 3139

Got a call on our machine for my husband _____ __ _______.  My name is Sylvia, I am not a telemarketer, but I need to speak to you about a personl business matter.  My toll free number is 877-664-4076  X4103.  Please call me back Monday-Friday 8-4:30 central time and ask for Sylvia.  Again, my toll free number is 877-664-4706 and my name is Sylvia.
I called the number and it said you have reached the business office please enter the extension of the party you are trying to reach, if you don't know the extension press 2 for the company directory. I pressed the extension and it said it was invalid extension.

I was able to speak w/ Diane.  She was calling from the business office of a local hospital and was calling to notify me how much my bill was after the insurance claim was complete.  She was very friendly.

I tried one last time and got through.  They answered the phone "business offices" and transferred me to ext 4056 where I got the voicemail of Diane Howell.  Still do not know what the call is about, but left a voicemail for her to call me back so I can find out.

Left a message saying her name was Diane and she was not a telemarketer, that she was working on some personal information of mine and to please call her back at 877-664-4076 x 4056.  When I called, it rang 4 times and then just stopped ringing.  Could never get in touch with her.

I just got a call!  Not rude, but needing info on a bill.  I was in an accident in October and it's obvious they want their money, but aren't paying attention to where the bill is supposed to be sent.  I'm not the one at fault or responsible for this matter.

Her name was Dee and she was calling from the business office ---don't know the business name. her ext was 3144 and she was just updating my wife's personnel data. Sounds very fishy and stinky to me!

People calling from this number are hospital business office representatives.  They are trying to assist in getting information to get insurance companies to process claims or notify patients of their balance due after insurance has paid their portion.  The reason for the limited information is due to privacy laws, also known as HIPAA laws that congress enacted.  Messages cannot be left with information regarding a patient's visit to the hospital so all they can say is that they are working with personal information (tyring to get a hospital claim processed).

Caller left message with my husband to call back and speak with "Polly" at extension #3109 regarding a personal matter.  Would not speak to my husband at all and was very short with him.

Said they neded to talk to Diane about a letter and to call Jill at ext 4065
when I called a machine said you have reached the buisness office when i put in the ext# it says invailed.  I tried 6 times.

Someone named Diane left a message stating she was calling from The Business Office and needed additional information from me.  Said she was not a telemarketer.
