I was also charged $39.95/month on my credit card for three months in a row starting in February or March of this year, and got the same message "out of network."  Finally, I disputed the charge with my credit card company (didn't know what else to do).  They couldn't reach anyone either but graciously reversed the charges.  By the 4th month, when it happened again, I requested that my credit account be cancelled and then immediately opened up a new account (my credit card company also suggested this); it might sound like a lot of rigamarole but I changed over without any problems ... and no more "mystery" charges!

I too am being charged a monthly bill on my Discover Card from this outfit.  $49.95 on the 15th every month and it just says CFI 8776659263 on the statement.  Discover Card is supposed to be looking into it.  Any help or info out there would be appreciated!
