1-877-666-8876 is now the phone number for a web hosting company called Lion Load at lionload.com. I don't know if they ever made scam phone calls but I've had a website hosted with them for two weeks and now my site and theirs is gone, too!

I did not receive a call, but received a phishing email today purporting to be from Los Padres Bank and directing the recipient to call this number.  I reported the email, with headers, to the ISP (kdmpop.com), to Los Padres Bank,and to the FTC.

This is a phishing scam number.  3/14/08
