left a message stating to be from ELS CCA and claimed to be a debt collector.

Phone message call today from ELSPCA regarding a debt at 877-667-6048. Called them back got a phone message requesting the mailbox number to who I called. Debt collector? No, it's a PHISHING scam. Will file a complaint.

Once a week I receive a recorded message from a debt collector asking me to call EOS CCA at 877-667-6048.  I checked by credit report and there are no outstanding debts.  Let me also add that my name is never mentioned.  
I was tempted to call this number to get to the bottom of this, but I did a bit of research instead.  There are numerous complaints from people who don't have outstanding debts, but EOS doggedly insists that there is an unsettled debt.  

If the calls continue perhaps I'll send a letter, but from everything that I've heard about this company nothing seems to stop them.  I do wish there were some clear way of holding these guys accountable for their terrible business practices.

This number calls 5 times a day..I have answered yelling at them telling them to stop calling here..That doesn't work..The calls continue...I am on the "do not call list"....This number still calls...It is a form of harassment calling that much in one day...It needs to stop..

Some company called EOCCA and when I called it back, they didn't have the number I was calling from in their system, however their pre-recorded call doesn't give any information other than this number to call back.  They called a business and didn't know who they were calling.  Really?  Your automated machine dialed it.  Must be scammers.

Got call from this number & when I answered is was a recording...Saying about I have an important message blah, blah, blah...I hung up..

My wife and I get these call's all the time, most of the time theres nobuddy on the other end, so we just hang up.

I just got a call from this number. Sometimes they call anonymous. They say they are debt collectors.

Called me at 12:52 p.m. and left a message for someone who does not live here.  I have given up trying to tell these folks they have the wrong number.  Now I just set my phone not to ring when they call and delete the messages without listening to them.  It's so annoying.

western dental collectors.  western dental is owned by a jew.  he has multiple collections agencies.  I swear I will hurt them.

Keep calling.  I don't pick-up,  They are looking for a Mario.  Here is the kicker, while listening to this message, I got another call of another debt collector looking for a lady.  Coincidence?  I don't think so.  They are such a scam!  I'm not waisting my time to pick up any phone number that I don't recognize.  They are paying for minutes when my answering machine picks up.  And I don't care.  Half the time I'm not home anyway, and I just delet them off my machine.

what a bunch of pos's they keep calling for someone that lived at my address years before i did.  ive called and told them to stop calling my house that i'm not that person and they "put my number on a list of not to call" haha they never stop call whenever no concern if you have young children napping or in bed.  they do a reverse look up of the last known address for whoever and get the active # knowing its not the same person but they dont care.  then they are just down right rude when you continue to tell them not to call and to stop harassing.  I'm sorry but its harassment to keep calling after they have been told the person they are looking for does not live here.  they should not be aloud to do reverse look ups and call ppl knowing its someone else.

Got a message at 12:16 looking for someone who may have held my number previously. The message said that if I wasn't this person, I should call a different number to get my name removed. It also said, "By continuing to listen to this message, you confirm that you are [name of person they're looking for]." I'd like to get my name removed, but I am wary about calling them. Is it safe?

Received a call from this number today Wednesday March 27, 2013 at 1:13 pm. The message left said they were EEOCOS regarding at debt. They also left another number to call about this debt, but I didn't bother to write it down! If they are legimate, thye would have sent something by mail; but to date haven't received any correspondence regarding any outstanding debts! Why they continue to call me, I have ano idea as I don't answer when they call - which is all hours of the day since I don't work!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
What I find funny is the first thing they say is: "If you're not the person they ask for, please press #1 to delete your number from our list". Why waste my time as all they'll do is call under another number!!!!!!!!!!!!

Got a recording from this number on March 13, 2013 from a debt collector for someone I've never heard of.
Same exact recording that called 7 times using 800-257-3140 until January 28, 2013.
Same exact recording that called 11 times using 877-277-3770 until October 12, 2012.

I have no idea who called.
