Yeah I just went back to clear and they even gave me back my old rate service is much better now that sprint bought them out.

Service speeds around 6mb down but I've gotten up to 11mb with their standard no external antenna modem.

I just cancelled Clear after 5+ years. There have been times I was frustrated with them, other times I was happy with them. They served their purpose for which I had their service. One thing to remember is this is Wimax; not to be confused with highspeed internet (as that is now known). The CS rep I dealt with on the phone was most likely offshore, but I didn't have any issues with the way I was treated over the phone. I did get my cancellation confirmation email, so I will with hold judgement on their billing department until the end of the month to make sure they don't try to keep billing me.

I hear you margie.  I got real slow  I would call them 3 times a month.   I finally got roadrunner $29.95 a month    I know   big company   but at least the speed is consistent.   LOL

I agree   I signed ip  about 5 years ago  for $32.95  never an increase they promised.  Very fast the first 8 months  theen slowed to about 2 Mbps and up at about 1 Mbps     just just got rid of it   I knew they were throttling,   I had 0.13 up and 1.03  down   all the time

Yeah  I pinged clear and got 1.23Mbps download  and upload of 0.14-0.23Mbps   and I was suppose to have 3 down and 1 one up  So . after 4 years I canceled.

I do not answer calls from unknown numbers and this is the number that has already called me twice today 877-673-5477. I looked it up online and it is Clear Wire or something and I dont care to receive calls from them. I am not a current, past or present client of theirs nor do I wish to be.

CLEAR, which sold out to Sprint in October, unfortunately. I've been very happy with CLEAR for almost 4 years.
I wondered why service had been in and out lately! Now I know!

I had clear almost 3 years, it was a good company, but when they was sold to the Sprint, the quality start to be poor and price start to raise, I hate Sprint the worst and cheapest company in the world with poor quality and here the same problem with CLEAR. Next time I'll answer for this call, right now I just don't want answer to any unknown calls, tired from Commercial.

I agree with Mike! Connection was good at times during the day but night time was terrible. I did the same thing and returned my device within the 15 exchange period. I will say, when I called to get my refund, the customer service rep was incredibly understanding and very helpful. I received my refund for the service portion ($49.99) instantly, they credited the card I paid with on the spot. They also sent my return shipping label to my email right away. I was able to send the device back and receive my remaining refund (another $49.99) within the week. So although I was unable to use the service in my area, I would recommend Clearwire due to their customer service. Who knows, the service might work in your area??

This is a Call from CLEAR..   Clear Wire Internet - A Survey.  Harmless call but a time waster.  I only called them back to ask them if they would trade my time for a discount on my monthly billing.  They declined so I hung up.

Anyone who does business with Clear is a fool.

Please "do not allow this company to keep calling me". I "no longer have Clear Service". Their agent lied to me saying that service would work in my apartment, just to make a sale; but after receiving the device, I found out from another Clear agent that service would not work properly where I live. Great!

So in went on vacation for 2 month and just stopped my service and put my cell phone on hold... when i returned i had 27 missed calls from this number i think they are stalking me... haha but if you have a smart phone just get the app Mr. Number its a great block call app!

This number keeps calling and will not identify who they are.

I hav had clear for about 4 years and being it is new technolgy being fully wireless and virual almost anyplace now not perfect but there getting close to it AAAAA+++++ good job Clear

I had a problem with Clear HSI yesterday, and a very long call.  This call today was a survey to see how satisfied I was with their resolution.

Tried to give CLEAR a chance. It was CLEAR that I needed to switch internet providers.

Clear's service was no better and actually was worse than Time Warner Roadrunner, so I canceled them within 48 hours of ordering it. Also, this company subsidizes Rush Limbaugh and a number of other causes that are personally offensive to me, so I want nothing to do with Clear.

I have no idea what the people are talking about. Honestly Clear.is awesome! Great customer service too!
