Selling insurance Health Essential, is this frad?

those websites can be a real pain in the a$$, even when they ask for preferred method of contact as email - they call anyway.  

I used EHealthinsurance and immediately got bombarded with calls.  Everytime I asked for info to be MAILED to me so I could review it and make an INFORMED decision on the insurance plan I wanted to enroll in - I was constantly told I had to commit to a plan first - with only what the insurance rep would tell me about it.  

I finally ended up sending Ehealthinsurance an email demanding they remove from their lists as I would not do business with any company that used telephone harrassment and refusal to send info in writing as requested  

I have found a way around required phone # fields,  
I enter a valid Area Code - then enter the ph# as 000-0000

I tried it with 000 in the area code field - but it would not accept that.  

That way they way they can communicate with me is via EMAIL which is my choice.  NOT THEIRS..
Also reduces the spam calls for those sites that SELL/SHARE info with others.

Health insurance marketer. Filled out a form at "insureme.com" (oops.) Called three times in six minutes. Haven't answered yet, so nothing to report on politeness.

[update: another call just now, twenty minutes after the first three.]

Below is part of the email I received from them. Ordinarily, I wouldn't put any names in, since I like to assume someone's legit when I "initiate" (sorta) the correspondence (even if it's because I'm stupid and fill out a form "I should've known" not to.) However, since there's no other contact information in the email directly associated with this "person," and the From: address is a "noreply@...", I'm less charitable.
