Also contact your bank.  Have them reject any future charges from allelitepass.

The phone number given on the first page (866-590-8327) was quite useful.  It is a USA number.
Not only am I promised a refund, but I am also being put on a list so they won't ever charge me again!

I also signed up for a two day trial at USD1.76 and cancelled before it went to a normal monthly charge.  There were two charges on my credit card in March which were accepted because I could not remember them.  The two charges appeared again at the end of April and this time I checked witht he bank and then tried to track back through the system.  Hopefully I have now cancelled them and will be seeking a refund as they were fraudulently gained.  Bank will block any further requests for payment and give me a new credit card number.

Attempted to get a refund for April billing but normal number couldn't make the refund.  I was given another number 18009341875 to try again for the refund.

The different amounts are caused by the exchange rate to the USA dollar, It changes almost every day. I was charged  twice at one month interval and the final prices are different.
I am trying to cancel this too.

My experience:
i joined on the 17 Feb the watchmygf, istantaneously cancelling the recurring thing by watchmygf site.
I was rebilled on 17 March and found that i have an active subscription searching in cyberhelp.
I cancel this membership the same day. No confirmation email was sent.
I was rebilled on 17 April and found again an active subscription (allnetworkpass) on cyberhelp.
I cancelled and called the pensacola office where they gave me the ID of 17 april cancellation, but no confirmation email, except one, very confusing, that confirmed my cancellation on 17 March.
They say you won't be billed again. i hope so.
