A Tiffany Smith doubt thats her called my sisters house phone. She left a message stated that I was wanted person for several violations of the law and that they were trying to locate me to serve me. She gave a court case  and stated they would be conferring to my place of employment. I called to find out what it was about and they tried to scare me into hovering them money for something that was paid off. Refused to validate my "debt"and refused an address where communications could be sent. I have reported them to the FDCPA Attrny's and the Attrny General Office as well as BBB

They called my mothers cell phone and my aunt and uncle's house with the same message. They left a message on my mom's cell phone and told my cousin that I had several warrants out for my arrest and that they are looking for me for check fraud.

My brother and my mother was called from this number and told I missed several court dates and could be arrested and charged with check fraud from a payday loan in 2007...I called them back and they gave me to the "hardship" department so that I could make a $1500 payment in 60 days! I told them I would not give them my credit card number over the phone without some sort of paperwork mailed or omething emailed so that I can see exactly what it is that I owe. Needless to say they WILL NOT send anything thru the mail or email but they EXPECT you to pay them and immediately!

I got a call from this number which was alliance and they guy sd he was mike gonzalez and he called my family members saying that i have a waarant out for me for a court date and when i called alliance they sd mike didnt work there and that i have a debt which i paid for 3 yrs ago and not only that they didnt have a court date for me anywhere in the system!!!!!!!!! i wanna know how i can report this cus its against the law to harrass an dthreaten someone #! and their family memebrs and also to tell anyone about my personal information HELLOOOOO these people suck and are unbelievable!! i never heard anything after this was paid way back in 2008 and now 3 yrs later they call and leave threatening message with my whole family!!!! its an embarrasment!!!

A man identifying himself as Mike Freeman called my house 3 times in a row (all within 3 minutes), leaving messages that he had my number listed in documents for some other person he was trying to find.  He left no company name, just a phone number and case number.  This person does not even live at my house!  When I called the number, which belongs to a company named Alliance, I spoke with a Tom Dunlap, who said the person who called me was a "locater" who works for them and that they don't actually make outgoing calls themselves.  I explained that my number was not associated with this person and that it was to be removed from their documents and he said he would do that.

I tried to call the number back and the line flashed busy. I tried again, but it said this is Alliance and hung up.
