Today I rec'd a call from someone at a restricted number I answered the call, and the person said she had papers for me, and wanted to make sure I was going to be home because she needed to see my drivers license and i would have to sign for the papers, when i asked her what company she was with, she said she wasnt with a company she worked for herself and I asked her what company the papers were coming from she said she didnt have that information only the phone number and a file number. Now these morons think they can serve me a summons? for debt that is 10+ years old? Ridiculous!!! The SOL is 4 yrs in my state so this is just stupid and insane going to go change my #!!!

I just got a harassing call two minutes again stating that i will be served papers if i didn' t pay my debt.But what was the killing part about the situation i told them to give me an address or some type of document stating that i got this payday loan, he hung up on me. Then my mother name popped up on my phone so i answered it thinking it was my mom this fool screened my moms number so that i can talk to him. This is getting very dangerous so anyone else out there experiencing the same problem i  suggest changing your number or downloading the MR. NUMBER app for ANDROID.

I have been receiving harassing phone calls from IAG Legal Outsourcing Co. 888-303-4446. I called and spoke with a man, as soon as I asked who i was speaking to, what company he was with he hung up on me. I called back and spoke to another man named Bill Thomas i was asked if i had been served with "Legal Papers" regarding a debt that is 10 years old. I spoke to a man 3 days ago and told him, that i wanted to see the validity of the debt in question, he said he didnt have that information and i told him to stop contacting me regarding this debt. If he has no valid documentation with my signature then he needs to drop it and let it go because Im not paying something that might not be my debt.

This company is a JOKE!!! THey obviously buy bad debt that is aged and try to bully ppl. into paying this crap. THey can suck it because im not paying these idiots one red cent!!! Dont fall for there scare tactics, just ignore them or change your phone number which is what im going to do!!

They call me almost everyday, but leave no message.  At one point, I did talk to them, and told them that I had attempted to settle the matter when it first happened and before it was sent out for collections.  Since they did not work with me, and over the course of a year and a half of them collecting loanshark interest, I am not paying it.

One.  The back of the contract states that they cannot collect the fees they are claiming (in CA anyway).  The contract also states that there is no remedy in court for either party.  The high-interest rate makes the contract unenforceable in court.  Check the back of your contracts.

Got a strange voice message from a person who called himself Mark Tavares. From his message sounded as if he was trying to disguise his voice & that he is some sort of court process server because he said he is trying to give me, & i quote.... "legal paperwork which requires my signature & ID". Also, said "if i can't locate you again I'll drop this documentation off at your place of employment with your supervisor if necesary, the filing parties number is 888-302-5873."(end quote). This idiot was calling from a local Walmart's telelphone inside of the store because I checked the number the call came from. When i call the 888 no. it was the company IAG, i asked if someone had called & they transferred me to an outsource dept & I spoke w/ a woman name Susan who said her tel no. 888-303-4446 ext 232. I agree, this sounds like some two bit agency who are trying to use strong arm tactics to collect money.

yeah i received a call today from "IAG OUTSOURCING DEPARTMENT" telling me that they're gonna give a last chance to resolve my case over the phone. They also called me a week ago, telling me that if i didnt resolve this matter with 24 to 48, i would get sued or something. The lady over the phone asked me "Are your last 4 digits of your social 7499? The reason i'm asking is because we usually contact the wrong person" That sounded really strange to me & those weren't my last 4 digits of my social. Be careful,they sound legit but it has to be a scam!

I Gave them the breakdown of the laws in my state and then advised them that I would take them to court. In Colorado, they must send you validity of the debt. They only have two years to demand payment and six years to take you to court. In my case they were asking for payment from something in 2003 which is way past the statute. I now have the right to sue if they continue to harass me.

Check your laws. Also here, as long as one party is aware a call is being recorded, you have the right to record without letting them know.

These people keep calling around looking for me threating my family members with court. A Matthew Cambers supposedly called, but they said no one works there by that name. When I called, they were unable to give me any information on this so-called debt I owe. They also hung up on me 3 times before they said they would remove the phone number. This is a scam...Plus any monies I owed for a payday loan has been paid to my bank over 6 yrs ago...PLEASE DONT FALL FOR THIS AND SEND THESE PEOPLE MONEY!!!

Got a call from this same IAG 1-877-263-5214 claiming that I had better contact the company and handle my debt which he never said that I had better call the company because he's a private courier and that if I didnt he was coming to serve me with Court Papers because I am being sued. He has been calling from differrent numbers and doesnt even say what company you owe money too. What kind of criminal is that?

I got a call on my home phone which I don't even have hooked up but have the VM go to my email.  They also call my work number.  The gentleman if he can even call himself that states his name is Investigator Matthews and that he has a case against me concerning Check Fraud in the First Offense and that if I don't have an attorney and want to handle it with him I must call him by 5pm or there will be a case filed in my District County Court.   I have asked him not to call me at work, he does it anyway.  He called me again this morning stating he had faxed something to my office and gave me the last 4 digits of the fax number yet having the person that monitors those faxes look, there was nothing there.

This is a SCAM artist trying to get money out of someone by scaring them into giving credit card or banking information out and then draining that account.

Wish I could find a mailing address for this place.  Says its the LEGAL OUTSOURCING DEPARTMENT of IAG.  Bet he doesn't even have an Investigator License much less knows the laws in my state governing or the federal laws governing his actions.  Turning him into the FTC and the FBI!

An Alex Baker threatened to take me and my mother to court.  Have already asked several times for them to send me validity of the debt since I don't believe i owe it .  They don't have it.  They are a junk debt collection agency.  They are not attorneys!  I called and complained that these people are calling my place of business and my relatives!  They legally have to stop contact if you send a cease contact letter,  however when I call they will only give me a po box which you can't sent certified mail to.  I also called to complain about Alex baker and they starte there is no one at that number by that name.

Received a phone call this number and followed the prompt. I spoke with Investigator Dove who threatened to take me to court for a payday loan.
