Received a call from a blocked number which I did not answer.  When I heard the voicemail (call back number provided was 1-888-509-7358) the lady informed me that according to their records I had two claims against me and they were just waiting to be served.  When I asked what these were in reference to she proceeded to inform me that I was the wrong person, I asked how she obtained my number and she couldn't tell me but this was not my account and she would not release the address of Knox and Associates which she works for. SCAM

Got a call from 877-682-5106, saying I had a payday loan with cash net from 2010, for $600.00, spoke with a guy named michael, called back michael was out spoke with a guy named christopher said if I didn't pay i would have to go to court that the papers were waiting to be served

thank you Mr josh we know where you work.....

Please Mr. Knox!!! Nobody is falling for that scam!!

Got a call from this number - 111-111-111 today at about 1:30pm.

The caller left a message claiming he was with Knox & Associates and that his name from Jesse Clark.  The number he left to return the message was 877-682-5106.  He stated this was an urgent matter and that it had to do with a case number in his office.

It was a hardly a legitimate call as the caller executed very poorly, LOL.

What an odd little man they have working for them. He sounds like a twelve year old trying to play a grown man, he has to try and lower his girly voice to sound like the macho debt collector. Junior, you would do better selling women's shoes, get a real job.

This company is operating outside the bounds of the Federal Debt Collection Act. These clowns try and pretend they are a summons server business, another violation of Federal laws. They will then call friends and employers and tell them they have visited your home and place of employment previously, yet another violation. This company will soon learn that their strong-arm tactics are illegal and they will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. Please post any company information you can gather.

Someone please post the company name and address as soon as available and we will shut them down. They are in violation of several State and Federal laws.

someone people are going to hell. i get a call from 866-682-5106 and I call the number back and asked what they wanted and some rude and obnoxious guy, I guess he was gay, or something cause he sound gay and he said, did i have a case and i said i don't have any cases and he said why are you calling me then, and i said, look i never called you you called me and he hung up. so folks this is not a real business its a scam, don't call them back if you get this number, i pray for the old folks out there cause these guys are gonna scam some big bucks from them, i am reporting the number to my states attorney general and the bbb

I recieved a call yesterday and today from this number.  866-682-5106 Saying they are from Knox and Assoc.  I called back today to speak to a Jessie Clark b/c he left a v/m on my machine. When I called back I asked to speak with Jessie Clark it took like 10 mins and I hung up.  Within  seconds the some other guy called saying that Jessie Clark is someone that finds people for the group and I could not speak with him.  Me and this guy argued back and forth and I hung up.  ITS A SCAM!!!! Sad.. SMH.....

VERY RUDE PERSON ANSWERED THIS PHONE. ...was a piss ant and a a hole. I told them someone from this number called me with a bogus made up story about a case and that I had no cases, the A hole then went on to say why did I call him if I didn't have a case. I then explained the number was on my phone, he called me a stupid mexican bi*** and hung up the phone.  

Why would someone call me and then cuss me about returning their call, thez is not a legitamant business, it is a scam and con artist, if you get this number do not call them back for they are a holes and idiots trying to extort money from you.

Some idiot calling with a scam, said I had a bad check out but I didn't. He was refering to a payday loan I took out in 2010 and its now 2013 but I paid the loan which was 200.00 and I had the paperwork still on file to prove it. He began making other accusations and claiming to sue me, its a scam to try and get you to pay for something you already paid for at least thats what it was in my case. I consulted a legal aid friend of mine and she said this is a well known scam to bait people that they think have forgotten that they paid a debt and scare them into sending more money paying for something you already paid before. Be cautious with these thieves and don't give them any information. AND THEY ARE SCAMMERS, will try to sound legit but they are not..

Someone named Chistopher Wadd left a message saying he was calling for our neighbor. Referenced case Ace11629. My neighbor has an unlisted phone. Not sure how he got our phone number. Also showed up as 111111 on caller ID.

Got a call from 11111 telling me he, Robert Turner, had received a claim for a bad check to a financial institution on me.  Claimed to be from Sarpy County, NE.  Wanted my employer's address and home address and said to it was in my best interest to contact my plaintiff at this number:  877-682-5106.  Then he indicated that I had been officially served.  This was all left on my work voice mail!!!!

I do NOT have any bad checks out, nor have I EVER had any bad checks on my account!
