Got a call from this number.  If I don't know who it is,  I don't answer...such is the case in this situation.  They will be added to the "blocked list" on Mr. Number ASAP!  Proceed to Voice mail without passing GO!

Got a call from 877-685-0699 and they claim to be "Dell Concierge Tech Support" and directed me to a WEB Site "tinyurl.com" where I down loaded a support program and there wasn't any request for additional payment and they new the date I purchased the current software support I have with Dell.  When I clicked on the support software it took me to "http://www.dell.com/support/troubleshooting/u ... ProductSelector" which appears to be Dell's site.  The support software gives a telephone number 877-790-3355 which is answers "Dell's Concierge Tech Service".  The Dell site says "Dell Tech Concierge is a great value at $239 per year" but I wasn't advised of any change in pricing from my original service.

Probably a scam.  When dell really calls they leave a message.  This number does not.

This number has called my phone for almost a week straight sometimes multiple times a day. Never leaves a message, person on the line had middle eastern accent and the reception is terrible with a lot of background noise.

I don't believe this is really dell because dell ALWAYS leaves a message if you don't answer, never has bad reception, never calls so frequently and consistently and the person on the line claimed I bought a service plan a year ago when I didn't. Plus Dell doesn't continue their service plan for free which is what this man was telling me he'd do if I downloaded software, you have to pay to had warranty and service renewed.

You would think that if it really was Dell they would rather send out e-mail to their customers instead of having someone calling you day after day after day until you answer. The whole thing is fishy.

They have been calling my cell phone (6 times in the past 3 days) and not leaving a message.  I don't answer calls from numbers I do not recognize.  I called Verizon and they walked me through the process of blocking the number.  The block is only good for 90 days so if they start calling again after that, I will have to reblock them for another 90 days but I'm hoping they remove my number from their system before then when they realize it won't go through.

Got a call from this number . I made the mistake of allowing these idiots take over my computer. I had recently talked to Dell and they had to fix my computer, so when i got this call from this number claiming to be Dell and that they had forgot to add a program, well that's how they got access. when i finally relalize they were a fraud i think it might have been a little too late. When they tried to charge me I told them to call me back because I felt uneasy. When I looked up the number via Google I got these nasty Pop ups in my computer that I've never had before. I reported the number to FTC. I when I went and actually deleted the program they they had installed in my computer , My phone immediately rang from this number !

Got called on my cell phone for the last 6 days. no message is ever left.  I bought my computer online from Dell.  don't really know if this is actually Dell calling.

This is probably not Dell making the calls.  It is probably a scammer, pretending to be Dell.

I own a Dell and I've gotten called by this number 3 times in the past 3 days and have not answered and no message was left.  I'm going to e-mail Dell and tell them to stop calling me!

I have gotten repeated calls with this number.  The caller I.D. actually says DELL and the gentleman says at firat he is from Dell and that they have found a number of viruses on my computer which have destroyed certain part of the hard drive and that I need to purchase a specific product to help fix the problem.  I have called Dell and reported these incidences.  I believe someone who works(ed) for Dell in India has a list of their consumers and is using this list to SCAM us out of money using various scare techniques or lies in general.

This number is not scam or DELL telemarketer.  The call is concerning an update for DELL computers that have the DELL Concierge software,  which is a program available for technical support help for your computer. I contacted DELL at a different number I have and they confirmed that this number is a legitimate
DELL phone call.  Again,  this is not a scam.

I keep getting unwanted calls from this number.  Online information says it is a scam operation.

I've been getting calls from 877-685-0999 for about a week they give you a order number for a free software upgrade and called Dell and they said no one from Dell called. Beware this is a scam.

I was expecting a call, so did not see CID. A man from Dell called, wanting me to upgrade some over priced software warranty I bought last year.  The guy was "nice" enough, until I started saying no.  Then he kept talking over me, and I told him if I wanted to renew, I would call Dell.  At that point, he actually was still semi-nice, and did not hang up on me before I said bye.  Now I wish I had said to add me to their DNC list.  I expect to hear from him again.  BLAST!

It's a call center in Mumbai, calling to hock Dell products.  If you have ever bought anything from Dell, they will be calling again and again.
