I'm don't have any past due debts but they are still calling me.

Debt collection agency. Very rude.

This company started calling and I returned their call.  I told them I would like to settle the problem and before they even told me how much or who I owed, they asked for a credit card number.  I laughed and said, no, you will need to send me the documentation that shows I actually owe money and for what, please mail it to my address on file. They refused and told me to log on.  I explained the account they're claiming was in debt hadn't been used since 2007 and I wasn't logging on, it was their legal responsibility to prove they had the right to collect the debt.  She told me she would put down I was unwilling to settle because of "billing issues."  

I then contacted all three credit reporting agencies and had the reported items investigated.  All three agencies removed the negative item from this company within 30 days.  This was all about 8 months ago.

We are now getting a call from this company using the same address, but a different name.  This time they are demanding verification of a FULL social security number before they will provide any information.  I suspect it's the same debt they're trying to collect despite it being removed from our credit reports, but they won't tell us.

This happened to me too.  A few months back I was getting up to 4, 5 calls a day from this number and asking for a Peggy Bauers. I have no idea who this person is, and when I tried calling back they were ridiculously rude to me, yelling asking who had left me the message.  I got my number blocked but apparently it didn't last because I started recieving calls about a week ago.

They called me 3 times in 5 minutes. Ofcourse, Im not an average consumer, So either I don't answer or I pickup and be a total a**hole to them. Tell them to go to hell and hang up! LOL For everyone else, try sounding as tough as possible. Some people try challenging others because of their "politeness" to others.

ER Solutions debt collecion. Try to get you to verify your soical security. If you refuse they state you are arragont and they will not allow you to control the call. Said I know it is you and the social is correct so I will fax info to your work and hung up. I never verified my work and called back to state they do not know I have a job and was told off again by their rep. I said I do not have a job to which the rep replied you sure do and we will send info to your work via fax as you will not cooperate with us.

Spoke with them today, they asked for Laura who is my husband's ex wife from 18 years ago...she has never lived here so I kindly gave them her phone number....he said we were listed as knowing her....wish we didnt but...

getting calls from this number on my answering machine and i dont recall any 800 numbers.  So they started calling my neighbor and sending messages to us that way.  So i called the number and told them not to call my neighbor anymore and the lady said they would do whatever it took to settle this debt.  The funny thing is the company was trying to negotiate reduced bill on the debt, because we were without work for a while.  Now this collection agency has it and i'm angry.  What can we do.

I'm getting harrassed for my mother's debt and the fact that she USED to live in my home several years ago and I know they have no legal right to harrass period, but most esp since this is NOT her valid number and place of residence.

"Sharon Price" called our neighbor and asked him to forward a message to us. I called the # and "Sharon" refused to identify her company, just said she wanted to talk to my husband. I told her never to call us or our neighbor again and I would report her. She said that was fine. Where do I start?

My ex-husband of 9 YEARS got a call from this number trying to reach me.  I called them back and when I wouldn't verify my SSN the man ED POWELL hung up on me.  The company is  E&R Solutions, a collection agency.

They demanded $500 to bring the account current - which is false as the company that had my account refered me to them as they aren't servicing the account anymore.  Or I could pay off the balance of $2000.00+.  Those were my ONLY TWO options.

Apparently what they do is buy "charge off" accounts for pennies on the dollar - then try to recoup the entire balance.

They are extremely RUDE and THREATENING!!!!  And they DO NOT WORK FOR ANYONE BUT THEMSELVES.

I have a VM from a Lisa Majesky(sp?), who in a very concerned tone says that she has been trying to reach me since July 2nd, and that it is in my best interest to call her @ 877.693.0017 before July 31st or they will no longer be able to help my situation.  She doesn't mention on which company's behalf she is calling, and I've never heard of this woman before!

They will not give you their name. They have made threats. They hang up when you ask for a name. They continue to call work number after being told that I can't receive personal calls at work. They call my supervisor after being asked not to call at work. My supervisor told them they can only call me at home. But they continue to call.

Someone named Manny Marino keeps calling me asking for someone named maria Revas. I have never heard of this person but manny Marino keeps calling me harrasing me. The caller id shows the number as 281-529-3150, and Manny Marino left his number 1-877-693-0017 x822

Asks for the person who used to have my number - debt collection. I have had this number for 11 years!!!

Said that it was in my best interest to return this call. and to call 877-693-0017 x5702
