What a scam!!!.
We were billed 22 months of this on my wife's card. My wife has no recollection of ever signing up for anything like this and this people can't provide any proof that she ever signed up for anything like this. I called the 877 number. First agent cancelled the service and offered 2 months refund. After refusing, I was transferred to a supervisor, who offered a refund for 2 additional months. Again, I refused and the supervisor had to "consult with his supervisor", after waiting on the line for some minutes, he came back on the line and said that after "reviewing the file" (what file?, there can't be any paperwork for this!!) they would refund the full amount ($328 approx). 12 months would be immediately refunded to the AMEX card and the rest 10 months would be refunded via check to our address. I have to see it to belive it.
What a great way of making money!, billing $14.95/month to millions of card holders that don't pay attention to these monthly charges (like myself, until today!!). I don't understand how this is even legal, and how AMEX allows it to happen.

For google searches, this is the full info on the credit card statement. Read and use the info to get your well earned money back:

Ordered flowers from Proflowers in Aug 10 using my husbands AMX cc. Finally caught the 14.95 charge
for Encore marketing--Easy Saver Rewards. Thanks to AMX  who guided me I was able to get entire 179.40 credited back to account.  Seems when you order  flowers thatere is little box you check for easy saver but they don't tell you there is a monthly fee---I never used it.  Encore was very easy to work with but i still feel like I was scammed.  Proflowers was very apologetic but I did inform them that I would never use them again.   Thanks to all your comments or I would never have figured this out.

Same deal with me.  I never clicked through to sign up for the easy saver rewards program from encore marketing through proflowers.  There billed my amex for 22 months before i noticed the charges!  I usually run up a large bill on my amex each month, so $15 easily goes unnoticed.  I wrote proflowers an email requesting they work with encore to refund the entirety of the charges i incurred.  I told them that they could verify that i have never used the easy saver service by checking the shipping charges on my past proflowers orders.  I also informed AMEX of the issue through email.  The next day, proflowers sent me an email apologizing for the issue, they also canceled my account with encore marketing,  and said a refund for 12 months will be credited to my AMEX card, and i will receive a check in the mail for the other 10 months.  I am very excited to be getting a full refund, and because proflowers was able to resolve this issue, I will continue doing business with them.

Shari's Berries is where they got my info. I DID NOT sign up.  In the "comments box" with SB I cut & paste the same thing everytime I order something on-line.  Basicly a warnning that if you "sell  or give" my info to others, spam me with daily offers, ect I am done with you forever, don't care how fantastic the offer is, I'll order when I want something, pester me and we are finished.  Easy Saver Rewards said they would remove me from their list and refund the charges on my AX card.  (She was quite nice about it).
I still think it's b***s*** ...they take advantage of those of us that don't always take the time to completly read our bill. Near as I can tell the only thing I "got" for my $15 a month was a bunch of spam emails that never made it through the filter. I will be calling Sherries Berries and telling them to quite sending me stuff also ...I am done with them. Maybe if enough people would tell them this they would put an end to this kind of marketing?

I ordered Shari's Berries on line... It asked if I wanted to sign up for a Easy saver Reward!  Don't remember it saying it was going to CHARGE MY ACCOUNT FOR IT!  I called the 1-877-699-9629 # and went thru the computer prompts, found my "email confirmation of membership" and canceled without talking to anyone!

Same details. I did not sign up for any Easy Saver Rewards and have written to Pro Flowers as well as put an inquiry through my Amex. I really hate this type of sneaky marketing.

Saw the charges on my AMEX cc, and researched the no. to find this thread.  I called them and they were reasonable, they canceled my membership (which I don't remember signing up for) and promised to refund the charges for the past few months. They also provided a confirmation no.

3 Oct 09: noticed on Am Express bill a monthly charge from Encore Mkting for Easy Saver Rewards. What is this???  I called Pro flowers; found out they do use Encore Mkting; the easy saver reward is a pop up and when you query the saver reward, it tends to automatically enroll you - very deceptive.  I protested this and thru this phone call to Pro Flower,I am to get a rebate back to my credit card.... will see what happens.  Pro Flowers was extremely helpful, curtest and apologetic
