I never got a call from them however, my account was charged money from them the following number was listed on my account 877-705-7422 and my bank acount was drafted for $8.51 I called the number and it was for acai berry and pirce limbo. We tried the free scam trial for acai berry and called the next day to cancel it they said that the account was cancelled and not to worry. I have got sveral charges on my account after I cancelled. I think you should check your account to see if they drafted any monru from your account. I have never got the money back.

This number is charging 8.51 to my credit card account and when I dial the number the line goes dead.  I can't even reach whoever this is.

I continue to cancel this charge and it continues to recur on my credit card statement.  $8.51 from My E Savings Club 877-705-7422.  My credit card company has not been much help.  This is a scam and I am not sure how they received my information.

I too keep gettig a charge on my credit card for the same amount and am trying to have it stopped, did you have any luck in getting yours stopped?

Have two charges on my account for $8.51 I tried to call the 877-705-7422 this morning and all I get is a busy signal.  This is very irritating!!!

Apparently if you signed up for a "free" trial of the Acai berry supplement you were automatically enrolled in this e-savings program which requires that you cancel separately.  I called the 877 # today, cancelled the account and requested a refund.  They gave me a confirmation number for both transactions without hassle.  Nonetheless i will still be checking my account for the refund.

On 29-6-09 the was a charge to my account for E - Savings. What is it? How do you cancel it? For $10.58. 877-7057422 called this and is not a number.  ????????????

I just got off the telephone with some representative of the above telephone number.  Absolutely NO luck trying to communicate with someone who just kept telling me she would forward this to the 'corporate' office - wherever that might be.  I cancelled this Acai Berry business back in November of last year, did not see any charges following that until today's credit card bill arrived.  The billing is referred to as 'My E Savings Club' which is a bunch of baloney, if you ask me.  I never signed up to anything like that.  What goes on with these people anyway: Do they sell your credit card number to someone else?  I will call my issuing bank of the card tomorrow, report it to their fraud department and probably have to have the number changed, which is a pain.  When will someone, some governmental department step in and do something about this sort of thing?  Never, I suppose.

Great, I see I'm not the only one that has this 8.51 charge.  I've had two, I never noticed the first one.  The call center is in the Phillipines and terribly hard to understand.  They refuse to tell the company name that they work for.

I disputed the charges with Visa (866-564-2262) it will back in my account within a day or so, that was easy, but stopping this charge again might not be.

I'm not sure what to do now, but they need to be stopped!!!!

These guys are also taking 8.51 out of my account. the 877-705-7422 number after keeping you on the phone for about 15 minutes tell me to call 866-407-1022. The person at that number does the same thing and wants me to call another number.  I am having to cancel my ATM card to keep this from happening.

I had a terrible time with the Acia Berry.  I ended up having to call the Attorney General for NC, FL and Nevada.  I did get my initial $80 back but now I have this $8.50 coming out of my account

i've had the same problem.  i called and cancelled my membership but am too being charged $8.51   my bank took care of the problem.  i called and told them it was an unauthorized charge. it took a bit of time over the phone but they were able to block future transactions.

Although I do not recall ever actually receiving a telephone call from this number I two have discovered that for the past two months my account has been debited $8.51 for something I have never authorized.  It's Saturday today (16 May 2009), and when I called the number (877 705-7422) the recording said the offices are closed and to call back during working hours.  ( Recording did not specify what the working hours are - sure hope they're open Monday )  I've got a feeling I may be reporting this to our state's attorney general...

Just got off the phone with a call center representative that said i signed up for Acai Berry samples and Power Flash. They aparently canclled my card. The number to the center is 1.877.705.7422 This needs to get shut down and they are a SCAM. Here is the name of the company and number:

Same thing happened to me this week. My Fruad Agency called me and I cancelled my card. I suggest you do the same. This is something really shady.

I too did the same as Dolt and Eoder. I just got off the phone with the call center that handles the Acai Berry account. My husband had cancelled the Acai Berry months ago, but was still being charged the $8.51. I thought the Credit Card company was taking care of it, but obviously not. I call the number and had to argue with them to get it removed. She said she would remove all the charges. We will see.

Like a dolt I ordered a "trial" of Acai Berry for $1.00 months ago.  I then realized I had subscribed to an ongoing problem and canceled even before the first bottle arrived.  Today I also had the $8.51 charge on my credit card statement so I called the number.  It was for my "membership" for the Acai Berry shipments.  Obviously canceling didn't cancel a "membership."  The woman I talked to said she canceled my membership as we were speaking.  I just hope so.
