I don't know how to fix it but the woman responsible is dating my exhusband her name is bridget deckerand she and steve did this to alit of people.  She is obviously a scam artist.  The fbi interviewed her but she has my.ex snowed and he believes that she is innocent.  I donnot want my 8 year old around a scam artist.

They charged me and I NEVER heard of them... I argued with them for about 20 minutes that I wanted a refund TODAY! They told me 10 days and the 10 days doesn't start until the 30th! They wouldn't let me talk to a supervisor and told me they are in Indonesia and do not have a number for the company! I'm going to report this company to whoever I have to!

just talked with steve decker from platinum credit claims he is going to refund my money yea right i say but i thnk if enough of us call him we can make his life hell like he is doing to us he actually gave me another number to call witch is 877 278 2514.so these people have no shame and is doing it to others just with a different number.

They took 49.99 out of my account a month ago and i have been fighting with them for a month to get my money back. 3 weeks ago they said a supervisor would call me and i am still waiting for that call. so i called today and here to find out the co. is no longer in business, and it was a fraud company. There is a automative message when you call that gives you numbers to call to file a complaint. What the f*** is wrong with people. So now i have to call my bank to see if they are willing to refund my money.

this too just happened to me. The unauthorized charge/check had a bogus ph# that was off by 1 digit. After calling the number I which was to an educational service, of which I have been inundated with solicitations, I was given the correct ph#. I called, got through & was told the membership which was never authorized would be cancelled & the $49.99 refunded in 5-7 business days. We shall see! Scary!

I've read a number of the testimonies and they all seam to be alike.  While mine is the same.  I applied for a loan online and what I got instead was this Select Platinum Club not only signing me up w/o my permission, but taking $49 dollars out of my checking account.  This of course overdrew my account which cost me an additional $30 bucks.  I called SPC twice and spoke to a rep each time.  After much hassle from the first rep, I disconnected,  She spoke very poor English and became irratated with me b/c I wanted my money back, WHAT?  Then I spoke with another Rep who assured me that I would be refunded on 9/16/10 to my ck'g account.  Still have not seen a dime or refund yet.  Who are these people?  Why are they still in business? They are straight gangster!! Al Caponish if you ask me!  Wowwwwwww.....

I got an email from my bank saying that my saving account was overdrawn and that there was a check that went through. I told the bank I did not authorize anyone to deduct out of my savings I mean I don't have checks for the savings and I don't have a debit card it is an atm bank card. What are these habibibs thinking...John Smith what a generic American name to call yourself.  Get a job in your own country and leave hardworking American citizens alone.

Just realized they took another $49.99 from my checking also. I have to get the info first from the bank to make sure it's the same people. OMG that's like almost $100 taken from my account!

I just realized last night I had $40.52 taken out of my checking account. I belong to a credit union and they are pretty good about these things. I did try the number & it says their hours are only until 4:30. I will try again tomorrow. I have no idea what this is. My bank said it registered as Platinum Credit Card. When I looked that up it said Citi Select Platinum Credit Card. If I can't get anywhere with them I will go to my bank, I know they will help me. This is BS! :(

These people aso stole my money from my account and was told that it would be refunded and if not i am going to press charges against these people if i can find a trail to whom is responsible,   Yes i did apply for a loan online but i did not authorize nor did accept any of these bogus loans either.. please don not put your info online for these thieves to steal your money but they git the right one this time... I will not rest until mymoney and bank fees are returned made my account be overdraft ($65.00) per overdraft.. think i am not going to get my money.. will keep u guys posted.

This happened to me on 8-10-10. I called 1-877-709-2811. It took me all day of calling and speaking to five differnt people. All who spoke barley any english. Not one of these people could tell me what this was all for. All five people said something different and nothing made sense. They told me they would refund my 49.99 in 5 to 7 busniess day and my member ship was cancelled. I was told i would receive an e-mail confirming this. I did receive an email 20 mins later stateing my member ship was cancelled. However it did not stae anything about a refund. I called back and this took another two hours of getting hung up by an automaited message stating to many callers. Finally i got through to some rude lady. She told me the 1st person i spoke to was wrong and i could not get a refund. What!!! I got really rude with this woman and told her she is stole money from my account and i was going to repor ther. I wanted her to fax me documents stating i approved this transaction and member ship. After about 30 mins of going back and forth with her. She finally agreed to a refund. I never received an e-mail again. Had to call back fnally i got a young man who sent me a e-mail. Well nows it 8-28-10. I have never received a refund. I was able to get the money back from my bank. But i will have to close my account because if it happens again they will not help me. Great i had my bank for over 7 years i can not just close my account.  I just can;t wait to see if they try to take out more money. If anyone knows how we can go after these people please let me know.

This also happened to me.  They took money from my account.  I called and complained immediately.  They said my money would be refunded in 7 to 10 days. However when i asked why it takes that long, what type of credit are you processing? an account credit? and ACH payment? an electronic check?  To try and understand what would make it take that long, they could not answer.  Today is day 10 and I have yet to see a credit.  I've called 2 times after my initial call, and keep being "assured" my money will be returned to my account.  I spoke with my bank right when it happened too, and they advised me to give them the time to process the credit they have promised.  If they don't, then my bank will handle it as an invalid charge.  Apparently though the banks prefer you attempt to handle it directly with the vendor first and only intervene if that doesn't work.  Ugh!  How do these people sleep at night?

How can this be fixed? Anyone know? This is crazy; thought it was just my bad luck

Yep just found out that they took my money too. Now I'm waiting for them to call back. If they call you they will not leave a message. You never know why they are calling.

If you have applied for a loan or credit lately, it was part of the application process.
Within 10 days of this deduction from your account, you must call the number and they will ask for your info to verify.  Then you can request that they cancel this membership and refund your money.
