received a call from these  idiots telling me  the same thing they have told everyone else, Carmen williams has called on 8-10-2012. Why dont they just serve me with the papers? or send me a letter of collection?  They told me call 877 430 0084

Received a call 8/9/2012 from "Carmen Williams" stating that I have not returned their calls to mediate my case and that there are charges pending against and that this would be my final contact. The number I was told to call to contact is 877-430-0084. No information as to who they are. Tired of these tactics.

This company called me 3 times before leaving a message from a private number. Said they were serving my husband. They will be glad to show up at his house or place of business.  If we would give them the address. He received 5 calls on his phone. We have no idea who this urgent cash is. Sounds a little fishy to me. If we had this payday loan why don't they have our address. Makes good business sense to know who you loan money too and where they live.

I keep getting the same calls, my family and friends are being harrased. I just got off the phone with them asking for documentation and they were talking in circles. John said that I was being sued by a company named "urgent cash", for a payday loan I took out in 2007. I asked him for urgent cash contact info and he wouldn't provide. I really believe this is a scam, they want me to make a payment first, but cant provide confirmation that it is real. I told him to serve me then, and he asked when will I be home. I told him if it was a court order it can be mailed cert. He said someone needed to hand deliver it to me, and I must be present. This whole process just does not sound legit. They needed my personal info to serve me? He got upset after I explained that I worked for the courts before and know that this is not the process.

Today they called again and spoke to an employee at my work who has nothing to do with me, nor is he my supervisor. I called them back and they said I have an outstanding payday loan but I know nothing of the sort. They also say that a company called "United Litigation" are the ones making the actual calls out. I asked for them to provide proof but they are not willing to do so and threatened to serve me with papers, told me good luck in court and hung up on me. Just send me the proof and if it's legit then I will take care of it. Pathetic.

A guy name John Romero keeps calling me a work and says that there are a few cases against me.  He left a case number of RG12-5978.

They have now called my cell phone 5 times and now just called my work.

I have received a call from a "Carmen Williams" basically threatening legal action and they have also contacted friends and family members asking for information on me in regards to a litigation. They call multiple times using a blocked line and only leave one message. Does anyone know the name of the company? I have no idea what this is about and before I call them I want more info.
