I have made PAYMENT ARRANGEMENTS WITH RCN but their automatic billing system calls me ALL DAY and ALL NIGHT LONG! I have spoken to three reps who tell me to just ignore the calls. STOP CALLING ME - I HAVE PAYMENT ARRANGEMENTS - THIS IS HARASSMENT!!!
