To all others googling and finding this number, as I just did, I am the Marketing Director of Handel Information Technologies, the actual owner of the number.  

Starting last Thursday, someone with a productive call center has been using (Hijacking) our number on people's caller IDs purporting to be a gas company among other deceptive-sounding businesses.  We have been flooded with people who think they are calling them back at the same number, leaving our admin staff with their hands tied explaining IT ISN'T US.  
We NEVER phone out with that number and we do NOT TELEMARKET TO ANYONE.  We are a small highly specialized software company working with non-profits and government agencies, see our website for more information.

Our phone company (Qwest) claims to not know how another entity can be doing this and said our only option is to block calls from states.  Unfortunately, this would block our legitimate customers.  We are looking for any solution, beyond having to change every piece of stationary, and marketing material to reflect a new number.  If you can help, please reply ASAP, as we only have 3 lines in and those lines have been filled blocking both in-going and out-going calls.

Today I have 2 NICOR phone calls from this number. When I called it back, it seems this is a company in WYoming and has nothing to do with NICOR.
