I keep getting calls from this number 877-744-3417 no message left. One day someone claimed I signed up for a college class. NOT..I already have a degree from a college. Pure lies from this number!! Please help stop these harassing calls!

Its the latest scam to get around the do not call laws.  
It implies a previous business relationship when none exists.

They call and say you won  - then immediately try to sell you something.
Or they claim - YOU requested information - when you never did.

Usually its MULTIPLE over-priced magazine subscriptions - that never arrive and you can get far cheaper by dealing with the magazine directly.

TELEMARKETING SHOULD BE OUTLAWED COMPLETELY!  With all the scams out there using robot dialers,caller id spoofing, VoIP etc - you simply cannot trust unknown callers anymore.

I received a call from this number.  They said I entered a sweepstakes under a different name but with my phone number and address.  Then when I said it seemed shady the woman proceeded to yell at me and give me an attitude.  This must be a scam of some sort.
