It is Citibank for Sears.  They call repeatedly using an auto-dialer and if you answer and there is not an available rep on their end it hangs up.  When I go a day late they call a minimum of 5-6 times daily.  I no longer answer as I know it is them, and 90% of the time there is nobody there.  I got ticked off the other day when I answered without looking and ther actually was a human.  I had made the payment the night before.  I took the lady to task for the repeat calls and referred to them as harassment and abuse, which I believe they are under the Federal Fair Debt Collection act.  She clicked and clacked at her PC a minute and assured me it would not happen again.  Canned answer.  Next month, same thing.... Maybe time for a class action lawsuit.  Any hungry attorneys out there?
Same group may collect for others too as that is how the big collection mills work.

WHY ARE  THEY CALLING

Its Citibank collections for Sears.  Even after you deal with them and "make arrangements" they continue to call.  I was told they can call as many times as they want to until I paid. As far as billing, I keep complain about not receiving a bill, nor does their online payment system work since the credit card associated with the account has never been delivered.  What a bunch of ^*^&#% just to make a few bucks.  I've complained to the AG of my state.

you can block calls on verizon. Go to there website verizion wireless, register, and under verizon safeguards you can block 5 phone numbers,  and 10 e-mail addresses.  And yes the ph # is sears and they call several times a day! Harassmenta!

Have called my number numerous times.  I do not answer when "toll free numvber" appears.  They hang up without leaving a message.  I do not owe anyone anything.

Calls my number 7 days a week for people who does not live at this number.

We are a church and I have been receiving repeated phone calls from this number with NO ONE there....even after ringing just once.

I don't have any open acct with Sears but still get calls fm this number on my cell phone practically hourly, I don't answer, they leave no msg. They usually also call a couple times between 8pm and 9pm.  It has been a couple weeks now - when will they stop?  extremely annoying.

I am on a pre-pay plan and this computer calls every day to activate my phone and I have to pay a daily charge even if they're the only call I receive. I just got the phone and number a few days ago and I have no credit problems so this must be a left over from whoever had my number before. I called the number and I get a voice mail recording. Verizon says on their web site, there is no way to block individual numbers on wireless phone systems. That's probably not true, it's just expensive for them to do and they don't get envolved. Any suggestions?????

After Sears bought K-Mart, sales went into the toilet, so now
they are pulling the old scam, they mail your payment invoice out late, so you don't
have a chance to send it back on time + they will dock you "late" fees if you don't make the obscene MINIMUM payment demands .....

If you do get to talk to a human being, tell them to go pound sand, as long as you make a payment, they can't touch you ....

I had been receiving calls from it, every hour of the day. We answered them once, and requested they stop calling, yet the calls continued. So, i put our number on the National Don't Call Registry. Supposedly after 31 days they have to stop calling altogether. Hopefully it works.

Yup, I just called and they were extremely RUDE! It's Sears and probably because you owe them money. They are ridiculous and won't leave people alone. Creeps.

Apparently, it's Citicard or Sears mastercard, that's what I found on another website. They are also driving my sister crazy!

Borderline harassment.

These people are unbelievable, my payment was one-day late and they're hounding me at 8:00 am on a Saturday morning, they don't leave a message and if you pick up and talk to them they want to know why the payment is late, why don't I do a monthly automatic deduction from my bank account, WHY? Because sometimes I just don't have the money to pay on the exact due date because I get paid monthly, so I ask, can you move my due date to the 1st of the month, but of course that doesn't work because they tell me I need to be up to date and since my due date is on the 25th they would expect another payment right away on the 1st of the very next month, and if I am barely meeting my bill I certainly cannot come up with a double payment and they won't skip that month and allow me to start the following month because God forbid they don't have their money on time however, I have been trying for years to order items online and the order goes through and within one-hour to a day I get an e-mail telling me my order has been canceled, they claim there is not problem at their end, DUH! Obviously there is! Can't buy a computer in their stores because they don't carry them, only way to buy one is online and if there is a glitch at their end then you cannot purchase one using your credit card through them, but let me hurry up and pay my bill on time though

I also have been making my payments, Early, non-the-least, and then they tack one monthly payment onto the previous month. Bunch of monkey poo if you ask me.

I've been getting these calls for days now, nobody on the line and it disconnects. I finally spoke to a person at the Sears collections and got things straightened, and am still getting these damn calls all throughout the day.

They even called my cell phone b/c my payment is 9 days late technically.  Now mind you my due date was New Years day, and the following day was a Sunday - no mail!!!

Getting calls you do not want or need?
After the call, just follow the directions and block those numbers

Then, get a good nights sleep!

Every-time I answer this call I get nothing but silence and they call at least 4 times a day!!!

Caller ID just says "800 Service" and they leave no message when it went unanswered.
