We got a call from this same number from a jack. then they called again and said shawn. tried to call the number back and its says it cant take calls. they tell me i owe money to a bank from years back. that i had to pay 500 right away. so i put on 150. and would pay the rest in 2 days. luckliy i just found this site and am only out 150. :( SCAM!! LOW LIFE LOSERS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I'm still waiting on the police to arrest me. But they need me to verify my address so how will the police know where to find me. lol

I get messages from this number on a daily basis. The say its M & S and I owe for a check advance. They asked me to verify my address. It's a scam.

Automated message saying someone needed to call back and confirm my address for a delivery, when I called back got "mike" voicemail asking to leave name, county of residence and case # and he would call back in 1 business day????

We received a vm stating my sons name and if he wasn't at place of residence between 3 and 5, they would deliver summons to his place of employment!!!???  we wrote all info down, have tried numerous times to call.... NO ANSWER  NO MACHINE NO NOTHING... so I began to try reverse look up for ph number and faxes.  Oh they said the phone number on the fax they received was 1-877-762-4559 a Charles (Brusdan) best we could understand.....  even gave a claims notification # , is this a scam or should my son worry???

Left a message with my mother threatening me.I called the number and no one would ever answer.

Wow they contacted me August 29th and now they are calling with the same threat again. I would have thought I would have been arrested by now.  lol  Do they really think people take them serious?  Especially when it is a recording with your name filled in.

I got a vm today from this automated voice saying to call Sam back and they have summons my work or residence and will freeze my accounts for 6-8 days, who are these people and also go 2 call last week from a Lisa smith and she also had a description of the truck I have and plate # and said to call back cause there are some ledigations against me!!!!!omg should I be worried or is this a scam???? Idk what to do!!

Use Privacy Star, it lets you block the calls, look them up and file complaints with the FCC/FTC

Just got an automated call from MNS (Lisa Smith) and they filled in my name (just like they did with Sick of it). I am so unbelievably sick of these scam artist. Why can't someone do something to stop these people?
How can people work for companies like this?

Just got a vm from them, when I called backed to tell them they had the wrong number, the guy accused me of lying and that I had to know the person they were looking for.  By the way, Richard Turner, you are a special kind of worthless loser.  Anyway, I just blocked the number.  You have to be a real scumbag to work for companies like this.

Now I am getting a call with an automatic voicemail where they fill in the name.  I am so sick of these scams.  This time they say it is MNS, not Colorado State Legal Service.
