The above poster is not the company. This is a poster who is posting a warning message he/she received from this company! I would suggest and recommend that if your expecting a refund from them (hoping you sent back return receipt or tracking number) that you file a complaint with the FTC if it is not refunded in a timely manor.
The other thing here is, never, ever post a email addy on the internet where scammers & frauds can get it along with the bots that put out spam mail. I've flagged this for removal.

I received a package from this same company. I did not order or authorize any payment from my credit card. I called my card and they are changing my #. I have sent back the package-return receipt requested. Do not do any business with this company-
I also bought the starter pack for $4.95 from the people named in this thread along with the same phone number and address in Miami.
Difference is probably that I read the letter they sent with the starter kit. Although it is somewhat confusing in that it says I am eligible for membership but at the bottom of the letter it shows charges that would occur. I sent them an e-mail at firstname.lastname@example.org and they responded from email@example.com and canceled my account immediately and told me there would be no further charges on my card and assured me they sought complete customer satisfaction. I did not even have to send the starter kit back however they would appreciate it. They did send me an RMA # if I wished to do so. I am chosing to keep it and just make sure I order cartridges from them just because they did me right, so I guess I am saying, don't be so quick to judge and complain if it was partly your own fault.
Sometimes people don't read and get into trouble for not taking action within a time limit. I realize a lot of shady companies use this tactic and I also informed them it was not in a good business model to do so.

That is the same information on the packet I recieved today. This is the saecond "trial kit" that I have tried. Both this vendor and the previous one coulodn't do enough to ensure was perfect.
The name I have for that address is : E--Cigarette, same address you have. Both products are superb and I am not aware of any "re-occuring" charges on bank or card statement.

Package just showed up from this telephone number....no receipt, no address, no information...what gives? I did not give anyone my credit card number....will check this out and get my family attorney on this right away.

I just called. Someone named Rose picked up the phone. I have already passed 14 days trail. so they can not get the money back to me...
I ordered the no flame trial starter kit, no one answers the 1-877-766-5306 phone number! I have been on hold ALL morning! I have sent 2 e-mails with no reply. I have also contacted my bank to stop any payments that may come out of my account. How can you get a Return Authorization Number if no one answers the phone. I've currently been on hold over 30 minutes. I don't have time for this!

I got sucked into this too. They try to talk you into ordering 5 to 10 additional cartridges so you can be sure if you like it or not, by that time you are passed the 14 day trial and responsible for full price of trial set which is over $100. I have heard they continue to charge large amounts to your credit card without sending anyproduct. I called to cancel my account and they had all kinds of discounts I could get. They finally cancelled my account and gave me a number to use when I returned the product. Later on they sent me an email with a deal - I could send them a one time payment of $24.95 so I wouldn't have to go through the bother of sending it back. so now they would have a different credit card number to wipe me out on but now I know this $100 plus e-cigarette kit isn't worth more than $24.95 and I'm sure they are making money on that too so the net price should be next to nothing.
Have received several calls last few days from this number. They dont answer with a company name, just "Thank you for calling customer service, may I have your zip code?". When asked, have been told they are "No-Flame" or "Lux-E". Have asked 3 times to have name removed from list over the past week. Today had to threaten to file harassment againt them with Attorney Generals office as well as report to BBB. Hope that stops the calls. Have NO IDEA where or why they have my number to begin with, as I never ordered any "e-cigs". DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY!
Hi, I recently experienced the same thing from the same company. I was just curious if you ended up getting any more charges from them?
I know that one company using this number is Lux E Cig. I have been trying to find out number to call to stop orders that were coming to my home. I saw this number listed in one of the comments. They do not identfy a company when they answer the phone but was able to pull up my husband's name and email address and the last 4 numbers of the Visa card that they were billing for the shipments. They said i would get an email confirmation that the account was closed but nothing about a credit for the ones we have already received. I will contact my credit card company to see if I can get a credit for any of them.
I just called the 877-766-5306 number to cancel any orders for lux E and had no problem cancelling and rec confirmation email.
I ordered a free trial from No Flame and I have the same phone number listed for them for customer service. 1-877-766-5306. Just called to cancel and get RMA to return this product. We'll see if they deduct anything out of my acct.
I guess they have all kinds of names for this company!

Sure you have if you read the terms of service. It would be something like $70 a month. I made the same mistake and I'm going to send it back before the trial expires.
We NEVER ordered anything from this company and our bank account was deducted $200.00...for what!! I have never heard of this company nor have I received anything in the mail from them. Thankfully my bank is doing a full investigation and they are going after whoever is responsible. How did they get my credit card information??? Very angry!!

I contacted the company that sent me the starter kit and realized that I had the wrong people The customer service took very good care of me and gave me complete satifactiuon to my problem. They never once fraugulantly made any claimes against blu-cigs company and neither did I mean any harm to any one of ethier companies. Charges from blu cigs will show up on your credit card as 'blucigs.com 888-207-4588'.
