I did not receive a call from this number, but I did receive a postcard in the mail to call this number.  Says that they are giving away a complimentary 8day/7night carnival cruise and 2 airline tickets.

I received the same postcard.  The fine print says, among other things, "This promotion is not sponsored by or affiliated with Carnival Cruise Lines..."  It also says "Recipient is responsible for any applicable deposits, port charges, taxes and/or fees. "  I think port charges, taxes and/or fees are probably part of booking a cruise in general (always have been for me) but the term "deposits" could mean almost anything.  If it is a "free" cruise, but you have to pay a deposit to book it, they could easily make the deposit any amount they wish, up to the full cost of the cruise.  I'd be very careful with this one.  In any case, anybody who sends me a postcard with a big picture of a Carnival ship, plus a Carnival logo on front and back, then in tiny, nearly unreadable print admits it has nothing to do with Carnival, is not trustworthy in my book.  This postcard is going in the shredder.

Received same post card for celebration of grand opening...complimentary cruise.  No name of the company having the grand opening.  No listing of website for details.  Unable to locate any internet information except that this was a telephone number provided by Qwest effective Jan 2011.

I meant to say "90 minute sales pitch" .... not just 90. :o)

I got the same thing too. A postcard in the mail saying...

"In celebration of our Geand Opening in your area, You have been selected to recieve a Complimentary 8 Day/ 7 - Night Cruise for 2 with an outside cabin, leaving from any major port in the U.S., Including Seattle." then... "Call within 48 hours. You will also recieve as a Bonus 2 roundtrip airfares leaving from or going to any major airport in the continental U.S.! Call toll free 1-877-770-2958"

I have read other reviews about this and it sound like a scam to me.... however I wish it were true. I read many other review saying they called and had to attend a 90 sales pitch thing but still never got their free cruise even a year later or if they did it took a long time and had to pay tax and some cruise fees. It's true.... nothing is free in this life.

Received and called; offer cruise / airline tkts if you attend and listen to a 90 minute spill .. on travel.  sounds too good to be true..

Same thing here - Carnival and US Airlines free (nothing is free) 8 day / 7 night with bonus (that must be the shaft).

I have not called number on the card.

Got the same postcard offer for the free cruise.
