I got a call from a lady named Sue Ryan. She told me she had papers to serve me for felony fraud and that I needed to call Michael Cox at 716-235-5869 and ask him for the details. I called and this guy Michael told me I was being investigated for fraud. He said I had a old payday loan for $535 from 2+ yrs ago I hadn't paid. He said I could pay it off in 6 payments of $110.95. Then he transferred me to another department. I don't remember a loan for $500 and I got suspicious and looked the above # up online while I was on hold and saw all these reports, so I hung up.  I called the police but they were no help.
So i talked to a police officer that came into the gallery i work at. He is going to investigate, and get back to me.

This guy called me. He has a lot of my information. Said it's about an unpaid payday loan and a warrant is out on me for fraud. And that the state or county is looking for me

I also got a message from these people.  Stating they would issue a warrant for my arrest if i did not pay them.  How do i get these people to stop calling me??

Got a call from this 877-771-9735 and also 877-771-6863 telling me it was marshall wallace from the warrants division of the state. The msg said i had to call back because i had a "legal matter" that needed attention. When i called back the guy who answered said the name of the company was internal security. He transferred me to the "investigative division" where a guy named rick told me he worked for the treasury dept and if i didnt pay $686 right now i would be picked up and taken to jail. They had the last 4 of my SSN and an address i lived at about 10 years ago. He said i was charged with bank fraud. I told him i didnt know what he was talking about and he said fine ill see you in jail. I then called my sherriff dept who said i had no warrants or court dates or complaints. The deputy told me it was a scam. I called back and recorded the conversation and told the guy i was recording. He still claimed to be from the treasury dept and said he didnt care if i recorded him. He told me that working for the treasury dept gave him jurisdiction over all police dept and sheriff offices and i would be picked up and jailed for bank fraud. I have it all on recording. Isnt there a way to have this scam company caught and prsecuted?

I received a voicemail from a Marshall Wallace with the warrants division from the state and had complaints against my name and social security number. He said someone tried to come to my home this morning and was unsuccessful in locating me. All further attempts to locate me will result in contacting my place of employment and relatives. I don't plan on calling this guy back since he asked to call him back at (you guessed it) 877-771-9735. I feel like having a police officer friend of mine call him back for me. Sorry suckers, not this time.

the ID comes in as "unavailable" (should be a clue right there) then leaves a message about someone filing a claim against you and they need location info to process paperwork - and leave the number 877-771-9735 -First off, no ligit legal office would come in as unavailable, and if a real claim was filed, they would already have that info - this is a phishing scam

My sister just got a call from Segal & Associates (Ya right) # 716-235-5869 saying I had until 5:00 today to call them back or there would be a warrant out for my arrest.

Just got a call on my cell phone and then at work with a recorded message saying there is a warrant, etc.  What a bunch of losers - if they think I am falling for their bogus collection tactics they have another thing coming.  They called my sister and blabbed about a warrant out for my arrest - REALLY?  They think anyone with half a brain doesn't know this is illegal.  The # they left was 1-877 771-9735.

They called me a few weeks back threatening with a warrant for my arrest, I told them it was strange since I have not been served or notified previously.  Then a few weeks later the same number called my job and said there was a complaint from the Marshall's office to call 1-877-771-9735.  Debt collectors at their worst.  Do not be threatned!!

I get calls from a 206 number.  I don't answer because I know the messages they leave.  They tell me to call this 877 771 9735 number, telling me that there was a complain filed and they need my statement, so call this number or else they will send a process server to my home or work.

They usually call several times in a row (which is harrassment), they have called before 8 am (which is illegal but it was during the government shut down).  

These people have also called my parents house (i don't live with them), and have tried to use scare tactics to get me to call them back.  The more they use scare tactics and illegal tactics the less likely I am to call them since I do not believe they are legit.

For the past month I have been getting calls with the same woman's voice on the recorded message.  In the past they said that I had been named the respondent in a civil suit in my jurisdiction and I had to call and verify my name and location.  The number appeared as private or unknown on my caller ID, but the number I was supposed to call was 877-775-6221.  I never called them.  Then after a couple weeks, a new message stating that I had a scheduled court date on Wednesday and I had to call to verify my name and info before then.  I never called.  I was supposed to call 877-762-7518.  This call went on for two weeks.  They then started leaving the message that I was going to be served at my home or place of business, and that I had to call them to verify my info.  Never called them. After a week of that message, they started rotating which of the previous three messages they left me.  The number did appear on my caller ID as 213-337-0014.  This morning it was a new message, same woman's voice, number showing up as unknown, this time stating that it was not a sales call and that a complaint had been filed and I had to call to verify my info.  The number I was told to call was 877-771-9735.  Still not calling them.  

It is a scam.
They are no government agency.
There is no warrant.
Do not call them back, do not pay them any money.
Add their number to your block list.

My husband got a call from a guy named Rick Town from the Eternal Security agency for the Federal Government License # 06972 - Sworn in October 2004- New law passed Title 18 section 1433- regarding payday loan -fraud and that my husband owed over $1425 in loans and he was able to get it down to $1425,If he did not pay he would be arrested if pulled over because there is a secure warrant for him- He said that he could take $1000 payment to wipe out everything.  He gave us his direct # 187-775-4152 to call back. He called us from 1877-771-9735.

I got a call from 1-877-771-9735 stating that it is not a sales call and that a complaint has been filed and that I need to contact the claimants office for process serving and schedule delivery. They will also call stating they are investigators. THIS IS A SCAM FROM DEBT COLLECTORS. DO NOT ANSWER OR CALL BACK. REPORT THEM. THEY NEVER LEAVE THEIR COMPANY NAME.
