I've heard people pull credit card numbers, then call a phone associated with it before charging on the account. I got a call from this number and will begin checking my credit card everyday.

SunTrust Bank Collection Department. Doesn't matter if you make payment arrangements they claim they are required to call every single day until balance is paid in full - no matter what! Extremely irritating - I don't bother answering any more.
