def not fraud. same guy called me. i moved and never paid my loan i got. they put it on my credit so i was pissed. called him paid it and they took it off. DONT GET PAYDAY LOANS THEY F*CK YOU OVER WITH THE RATES. talked some guy named brandon to that took my payment. kind of an a**hole but helped me take it off my credit. company is legit.

Received a call from this person named Cody stated that he was with ARS and that I have a legal matter against me.  He proceeded to want me to varify my information which he said he had the last four of my social. I asked him to provide me with his number just in case we would get disconnected and he sounded adgitated once again I asked him to verify the company he was calling from then he told me F***..., how does one that state is calling from a firm uses such language.  So here I am doing my research on the company and phone number and find out that they are a FRAUD and need to be put to rest. I got a job and a hecked one at that, how can we stop these type of people from calling

Received a call from this number while was talking on other line.

Said he works for ARS, a collection agency
