an indian man said my computer was leaking personal info/may be compremised. I called him a lier scammer and hung up.

I have been receiving calls from these jerks for almost two years now.  If I don't go along with their story, they become belligerent.  Once they even started yelling at me and told me to "shut up, B****."  

Received the same call with the same message with the same Indian accent. I was not at home.  Told him to call me back in two hours.  I wanted to check this out so that I would be ready for themwhen they call back.  Thanks for all the post.  This is helpful information. .  

I received I phone call from this number with a man with an Indian accent stating he was from Internet Management Services and said that I had downloaded spyware to my computer and that all of my personal info was going across the internet.  He said they monitor servers.  I was in the middle of major grocery shopping.  He said to assist me I had to be at my computer.  I didn't panic and finished grocery shopping, but I was concerned.  I thought it could be a scam.  I belong with LifeLock, so when I got home, I was going to immediately notify them of this situation.  But I decided to google the phone # 1st and up popped numerous individuals who had the same experience.  I called the # and got a recorded msg in Spanish?/Indian? & it repeated the msg again then it hung up.  Good grief!!  It's sad these people don't have anything better to do with their time!

These people have called me three times. Some guy with an Indian accent warned me that my computer was leaking personal information onto their screens and I was in danger of having my identity stolen. He said he could show me proof if I allowed him to connect to my computer using either TeamViewer or their own software which he claimed was very safe (RIGHT !). I asked him instead to eMail or Fax me a COPY of whatever information he said he had - but NO.....he insisted it could only be done by allowing him access to my computer. HOW DUMB CAN THAT BE ????? One really has to be a COMPLETE IDIOT to fall for a SCAM like this. I asked them not to call and waste my time anymore, so,  he said that if my computer kept leaking information to them, they would SUE ME!!!..... LMAO... He then Hung up totally FRUSTRATED !!!
BEWARE PEOPLE !!! NEVER, NEVER let anyone into your system unless you are 100% sure of the person you are dealing with.

RECEIVEDE SEVERAL CALL. STATING INFORMATION WAS LEAKING FROM MY COMPUTER. INSTRUCTED ME TO LOG IN AT WWW.ES365.TK. I EVENTUALLY HUNG UP.

They call daily.  On the days I do pick up they either hang up or say that they are sorry or just say nothing and then hang up.  I have the National DNC on my phones.  Guess they don't figure that out until after they have called me.

Got this number calling me saying my computer was comprised like reports my computer is not plug up so im worried touch I want to protect my number computer

Got a call from Internet Server Management.  His name Mark Smith.  Number was 8777789574 called it and announcement said it was closed.  I asked him what was his number and hung up

Just got off the phone w these arrogant idiots. Trying to tell me Im having computer problems. No Im not. Trying to tell me to get on my computer. Not near it dude. Couldnt understand him. Sounded foreign. The not taking NO for an answer really ticked me. Finally just hung up on em. Wont answer next time!

Got a call. They said they were information management systems and my computer is leaking private information. They wanted me to go to my computer. After they ignored my questions What computer? And who are you trying to get a hold of. They said "Nick Jones" just a generic name. Obviously a scam. They sounded Indian.

Yes this person wanted me to go to a website.  When I asked the person where this website took me he said their main central processor.  LOL  Then when I asked him what my computer was leaking he tried to use the garb that if I called my bank and asked them for transactions then they would not tell me what those transactions where due to a new law that went into affect.  When I told him they would he said thank you sir and hung up.  So I tried to call the number back and the recording I got was this number has been cancelled.  Scammers are such a pest especially since all companies are telling you they are out their and how they would notify you if something was up.  Also since my computer is not connected to the internet all the time how can it be leaking info all the time.

I got a call just like the one you all are describing, to my house phone (but do not have caller ID), to which i replied to the caller thats funny because I am an IT and work on my own computers.  The guy replied trying to convince me my computers have been corrupted. I disconnected the call and he had the nerve to really call right back.  

The ironic thing is this was last week, now today I have just received a missed call from this number.

Called and said my computer was in danger and who used my computer. I said I have more than one computer and I am not the only one who uses the computer. Then I asked Nickolas what was the point he was trying to make; he replied saying that he was warning me about my computer was in danger and I told him no thank you. I clean my own computers weekly. He was trying to say something else and I said no thank you, I'm good. He called me out of my name and hung up... Whatever scammer... Due to his accent being so thick I could not understand where he said he was calling from.

just called me some woman being rude, loud and muffled I couldn't understand what she was saying I asked her to repeat where she was calling from the she just started over My name is Jessica, sure it is! Computer Management! do I get pop ups. I just stopped talking and she was Hello HELL HELLLOOOO click. Must be a scam, well next time I'll know who's calling, I love this Page here, Thanks you all!

They called, claiming my computer was compromised and sending out information without me knowing about it. They wanted me to log into my computer and give them some information. Ya right!!
