Jerks calling up at work for my buddy.

The number: 877-779-3472 and 877-653-7089 keep calling me, but I'm on the do not call list!

Now they claim to be CREDITORMINI on their CID

I get about 10 calls a day from 1-877-779-3472 im sick and tired of it! they call every half hour to hour all the way till 8:30

Block them they are not smart enough to figure that out.

If it is Nationwide Management Services (nationwidemsi.com) it is just a company that attempts to deliver papers to help you refinance you home loan or just will deliver a letter stated you on late on a car payment or boat etc. It is no big deal. John Marsh is the main guy. He hires contractors such as Process Servers or whatever...and they just deliver the letter or papers. They may take a picture of the collateral but thats about it. They can't make you do anything at all. Don't yell at them or give the delivery person a hard time. They are just there to deliver whatever. If the repo people come then you will have a bigger issue. The people from NMSI will not come more than 2-3 times max. They can not ask you for a payment unless the bank instructs them to and even then you do not have to if you do not want to. Just an FYI....ask for the collector info and tell the doorknocker you will contact the company yourself. He will then leave.

These clowns still call and I believe the above posts that this is some bottom feeding bill collectors.

If your getting calls from Debt Collectors on your cell phone. Here is a very easy solution just get the phone app "Extreme call blocker" its only $5.99 thats it for life you can find it in play.google app store .

When they call once you simpy block the call and blacklist ussing extreme call blocker And  thats it.You will never have to talk to them again. When they do call the phone app will simply automatically block that call.

Debt Collectors Hate Me , No more unwanted phone calls LOL    

The fact of the matter is when you owe it debt that debt goes to a collections agency, they will try to make you pay, after a while they will give up and another agency will take over and so fourth. These agency get a piece of the pie if they can get you to pay They will do anything like scare you harrass you or intimidate you to pay . If they tell you you would go to jail it is not true.


Under the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act, you can file a complaint against a collector for several violations. Here are some of the most common:

1) Repeated or continuous phone calls;

2) Use of abusive or vulgar language or threats;

3) Calling before 8 AM or after 9 PM, regardless of their own timezone;

4) Informing a third party about your debt;

5) Calling you at work after one warning against this behavior;

I find it interesting that you automatically assumed that Ryan had not paid his bills but that it was okay for the rude and ignorant collection person to harass his parents.  Maybe you are also one of those low-life collectors who have no respect for anyone and will do whatever you can to get your commission?

Continually call me........never leaves a message.......when I have answeed  it starts out with a "plese hole" msg, which tells me it isn't anyone I want to talk to.  How do I get my phone number removed from thier list!!??

If they're bothering your parents and you don't like that, why don't you just pay your freaking bills? Such a novel idea...

This number has been calling me repeatedly , even when asked by a friend to stop , Fed up with being harassed

I have received several calls from this number in the past few weeks...never leaving a message on machine.  Would like for them to stop.

We keep getting a call from Nationwide Credit Inc for a person by the last name of Cutler and I am getting really pissed off.  Just in the last week I am counting according to my caller id 12 times.  My last name is not Cutler, I am not going to reveal my name due to spam calling or further harrassment.  The only thing I will tell you is my initials are LM.  If this doesn't stop then I will have my attorney contact them and get it stopped.  I will also have them billed for the attorney fees and possibly sue for damages.  If they can't get the information for their debtors correct then there is a problem on their end that needs to be cleared up.

Got a call from 678-486-1027-5820 (that is how it looked in caller ID).  "My name is (indian name-rajit or something) and I am calling to get location information on Joe...please call me back at 877-779-3472"

Not sure what they are doing but I have been good at avoiding them.
