Just wanted to say that as I am hearing NO one signed up for any service. None of us even know what the 49.95 is for. Charges are fraudulent and people are being stolen from.  I am quite sure if someone was stealing 49.95 from you every month you would be quite angry as well.

I also had 49.95 taken out of my account several times now and also about a year ago.  The first time we called the number and were told it was for special rates on prescription medicine. I told the person no one in our household takes medication and wanted the charges removed.  Now we have this same 49.95 coming out again and we have not authorized any of the charges. We will be contacting the company, closing our account and trying to press charges.  NOT FUN WHEN CRIMINALS CAN STEAL FROM US and if you don't catch them within 60 days ... too bad so sad for us!!   They just got away with our money.  AND If this is a legitimate business, what the heck did the 49.95 buy us, REALLY!!

Your information is false. The same amount was taken from my checking account. When I viewed the 'check' transaction I realized that my last name was misspelled. Somehow this company got my information from another invalid transaction from 2001 that said I had signed up for magazine subscriptions with the same misspelled last name. It is a scam. Call your bank and have them block further transactions from this company.

I had 49.95 taken out of my account, twice before I realized.  This is a fraudelent company.  They hit me before under a different name a couple of years ago.  And I know this because I recognized the voice of the person I spoke to under 800-239-5410.  I believe that this is related to a prior breach some years back at my bank.  Call your bank to stop any payment to this company and request reimbursement!  Then close this account!

I had the same thing happen to me ... however when I went to the website I quickly realized I had taken advantage of a free trial offer a month or so ago and failed to cancel it.  When I went on the website I could see this is a legitimate company all I had to do was call 800.239.5410 AND CANCEL AND THEY REFUNDED MY MONEY WITHOUT ANY PROBLEMS.  THE INDIVIDUAL VERY CLEARLY EXPLAINED THE SERVICE AND HOW I HAD SIGNED UP FOR IT... HE HAD SO MUCH INFORMATION I KNEW WITHOUT A DOUBT IT WAS ME WHO HAD DONE THE TRANSACTION.  I am so glad I called and found out very fast this was no scam.  Hope this helps everyone...

They take $49.95 from my account without permission. The check number is like 99998.

I had this happen to me on 6/24/13 $49.95 was deducted from my account.  I received the same responses when trying to call the phone numbers.  I am hoping my Credit Union can do something.  I am going to talk to them tomorrow.  I along with others would like to know how this happened.  I knew immediatley by the check number listed on my bank statement that something wasn't right.  I will reply again if I learn some new information.  Thanks for doing your investigating.

Took $49.95 out of my account. Called the numbers, one goes straight to voicemail, the other someone answered but couldn't help me. The website is also a sham.

Same deal for me, somehow got my account number and took 49.95. The 800-239-5410 number goes to voicemail. And you never get a reply. Google search for the 800 number show it belonging to Amtren Corp. (http://www.pastorresources.com/resources/view/2255/Amtren-Corporation)

No idea who these people are.   The 877-779-8935 rings to The First regional hotline, the recording says to call the above 800 number. I waited online and spoke with a Millie, she told me to call the 800 number. I explained that the 800 number goes straight to voicemail. She said she would try it, then "put me on hold", which sent me to her voicemail.  

The check says "Pay to the order of: ***SNJ*** (Biller for FRBCLUB.com call 877.779.8935

Have you contacted the company's customer service to find out who did the transaction and have them refund your money?  Their phone number is 800-239-5410.  If you haven't attempted to contact them why would you be here complaining?
