I called these people back after they threatening to have my dad arrested and they answered the phone as CREDITORS and I spoke with a Beverly and she told me it was for gheck fraud and I told her that I had'nt written any checks then she was changed it to attempt to knowingly to fraud CASHCALL! She would not give me her location!

The belly-crawling scammers are being forced to be more creative. People are catching on to their scams. The naive folks who might fall for them are becoming harder to find and sites like this are really putting a dent in their revenue. Thank God they're usually dumber than dirt!

Very strange call. Said they were from "Processing & Summons Divisiob of Dallas County. Alledged a "bad check" and had a summons. When I asked if the person was a Dallas County Employee, was told "no", but the person would not give me the name of the company for whom they worked.  Name give by the caller was Lacy Steward.
Ultimately, as I pressed for information, they told me I had to call this number and get extension 369 to get the information I was saking for. Namely how much the check was written for and to whom .
For the record, I hav not written any INF Checks
