I use T-Mobile and got a text from these people on my bank account with JP Morgan Chase. Only  problem is I don't have an account with Chase bank. The FBI should be on this. Anybody contact the FBI?

Two text messages on my cell are from chase-message.alert34@chase.com with a phone number 877-654-8315 and sms@myaccount.chase.com that phone is 877-782-2488 they both say there is a message regarding my debit card starting 511182.  I don't have any account with a debit card.

These are obviously some kind of phishing scam.  Perhaps you can trace the culprits by the phone numbers or email addresses and prosecute them.  In any case I thought that you should know about this scam.

wtf!!!! I just spoke to the bank and they have been getting a lot of calls. I was dumb so now the bank has to send me a new card

I GOT A TXT MSG WITH THAT NUMBER & I CALLED THE NUMBER B/C I WAS AFRAID OF MY CHSE ACCOUNT THEN I SAW THIS & CALLED MY BANK B/C I WAS AFRAID IT WAS A SCAM SO I CALLED THE BANK & CLOSED MY ACCOUNT, & THEN I MADE A NEW ACCOUNT B/C THEY ALREADY HAS MY DEBIT INFO, BUT THEY CANNOT GET INTO MY CHECKING & OTHER ACCOUNTS...NOW I STARTED A NEW ACCOUNT..SO EVERYONE BE AWARE ITS NOT REAL ALL THE TIME...THE BANK TOLD ME ANY TXT MSG THAT ASKS FOR PERSONAL INFO IS A FRAUD SO DELETE AND IF YOU ARE CONCERNED CALL YOUR BANK TO FIND OUT...

i get a text from chase my bank and the text said my account was block the account was not my i call the number they give me and told me to give them my card number i call my bank and that was a true becareful

I just received one this morning! I don't have a chase account.

it did freaked me out as i DO have an account with. Thanks to the world of technology, google!! hate the culprits

They sent me a text SMS as well.

The advice is to NOT call/reply but to delete it.

If you received an email, you can in addition call Chase directly: 1-800-935-9935 and press 0 to speak with a representative. They have an email address (???) to which you can sent it to for their fraud department to act on it.

I r'cd a text msg on my cell to call 1-877-782-3488, claiming to be JPMChase. Don't reply to text. Do not call the #. Simply call JP Morgan Chase & ask for the Fraud Dept. They will add that # to list of fraud alerts. (JP/ Morgan Chase = 1-(800)788-7000. That is the old WAMU # that will connect to Chase.
But don't take my word for it. Look up the number!

Vishing scam; targeting Chase customers.  Do not give this number any credit card/bank information.  If you have already contact the bank to alert them and have your information changed.

I received SMS from JP Morgan Chase. Asked me to call them. What mans that? I dont have account with Chase... :(
