Got a call today May 28, 2010.  From NCO Finacial. Autoated call asking me to cazll this number and gave me a referance number.  I have never defaulted on a account in my life.  I did not return their call. Have no Idea what this is all about.

Debt collections. If you return their call you are put on hold, continually told your call means a lot to them and the next available representative will answer shortly. No one has ever picked up except the electronic answer. I have no overdue anything.

I received an automated messages from these guys today claiming that I had a debt and to call Milton Wright. I don't have any debt and they don't specify what I owe.

I posted an add on craigs list. Made the mistake of including my phone # the call started after the post. It is a scam. I have no outstanding debts.

These people have called me 5 or 6 times and I never pick up. I also get voice mail from them saying I owe money but I am 100% sure I do not have any outstanding debt. They give me a reference number and a guy's name, but I've called back before and it's just an answering machine. This is a scam and you should block the number.

They keep calling and leaving voice messages.  I have excellent credit history.  How do
keep them from calling me.

Just another one of the many nice things brought to you by YOUR PHONE COMPANY. They make it to easy to find real numbers. It  would be nice if some of these pukes went to jail. Including the phone company president.

These guys do not have their act together. It is osme kind of collection agency, but they have no details for what they are asking about.

HOW DO I STOP THESE UNWANTED CALLS FROM NCO'S ED BLANCHARD?

I am getting calls at all hours from 1-877-784-1999. Disgusting collectors. I don't owe anyone.

Being hounded on my cell phone by some guy with the name of Ed Blanchard. Trying to collect on old debt that I bankrupt on in July 2004. The company buys old debt that can't be collected on, and harrass people in attempts to collect payment. I'll block every number they call from, and won't answer "unknown" callers. The Federal Bankruptcy Court state that I don't owe those debts now.

Get 2 calls a day at business phone number.  Have no debts.  Have not and will not call back.

I have been getting calls of and on from this number for years and it just recently started again. I just called them and asked to have my number removed and the woman I talked to was very nice and said it would be removed immediatly. Fingers crossed!!!

I get calls from this number every single day, claiming that they are NCO Financial Systems, Inc., in which they are a debt collection agency who want me to call "Ed Blanchard" for no reason. They just want a lot of money to fill their own bank accounts and leave me penniless.  These people are just dumb, moronic, and stupid.

Continues to call my cell phone number, no messages, Do not know anyone at this company nor do I owe anyone any money.

I got this call on a Sunday at 7:26pm from NCO.  I thought we had collection laws where collectors can not be calling during certain times?

I have been receiving calls from this number for two days. This morning it was a recording saying that I must call NCL and speak with Milton Wright at this number. I called. They said he was in a meeting. I do not know the person they were calling about regarding the unpaid debt. I have told them repeatedly not to call me again.

STOP CALLING ME OR I'LL SUE.

Claim to be calling about a debt I do not have.  Asked me to contact Milton Wright.

Over a dozen calls over the past months, so annoying! I have n o outstanding debt.

Annoying call. Do not call that number back...they put you on hold forever.....saying they do not want to miss your call....I think this is a number that someone can use to annoy you....do not answer it or call it back.

I finally blocked this number from ringing on my phone. It doesn't stop them from leaving a message, though. It is always an automated msg. A legitimate business has to contact you in writing to collect a debt, otherwise they have not done all they can and it's not your fault. This one sounds like a hoax, though. I've gotten the same numbers as the previous posters plus a few "unknown". A legitimate company would also want to be identified, at least by a phone number.

Same Deal here but this one was from "Ed Blanchard".
Just in case I checked my credit reports and no collections so its obviously BS.
And of course the mailbox is full.
I wanted to leave a message to thank them for waking me up at 6am!

These people call every day before 8 am. I don't even know who it is and when I answer it's a recorded message and they want ME to call them back.

I got a call from Milton Wright debt collection co. 877-784-1999 regarding a supposed debt. I don't have any unpaid debt!

When I called the number back, it says:"You have reached a non-working number at the Ohio Department of Corrections." CREEPY!
