I receive a phone call this morning from this number 877-785-2195. Tell me that I need to call back to this number and give them a case number. I call them back and he said that I have some complaint was file with the court and that he was a lawyer that why handly my case. that I owe that payday loan company some money. If the do not get this money they was going to have the police issused me a paper to take me to court. I told him that can me please put it in writing who I owe this money to. So I can have it for my record. Now that was at 8:30 this morning and he was going to email me that information right away. now it 6:08 PM. I still have not seem it. It nothing but a scam. Tell them to put it in writing to you and see if you get anything. I will be reporting this the police.

Called the courthouse supposedly handling the complaint against me. They have no record of any complaint filed under my name. Called "National" back and someone answered saying their company represents law firms with cases going to litigation. When I asked for name of plaintiff filing complaint against me and charges filed, she began asking for my personal info...SSN, date of birth, current address, etc. I called my attorney and reported the activity ( he reported to me all complaints must be served papers). This is nothing more than a "fishing" scam.

My earlier post stated that the call came from the city located in Forest County, Pa. It should have listed the caller as "National". The caller will seem to represent themselves as a city court worker, but the scam is getting you to call, "National".

My elderly father received a call from a Monica Hardy looking to verify current phone number and address for me. The call stated that a formal complaint had been filed against me on several counts, which none were named. The caller, Monica Hardy, stated that the complaint was filed with the court of common pleas in Forest County, Pennsylvania. She also left a number for the plaintiff, telling me I had a right to call. When I called the number, 877-785-2195, I got a recording stating that I called "National", but no other info was given. I have since called the state police to report the incident and will be calling the court of common pleas in Forest County to report this scam. I have never been to Forest County in PA and I reside 3 hours south of the location. I have not resided with my father in over 23 yrs., so I knew it was bogus from the beginning. Beware of this scam.

Number called me and showed restricted... didn't answer and guy named miles Davis? Said I had several complaints against me filed this morning and I have officially been notified and said I had every right to contact the plaintiff.... and left the 877 number.

My friend got it stating it was calling regarding me and left this number... called it and said it was National. That was it.... ??

Hi I received a call from this number yesterday and today.  Did you call it back?  Just wanting to see exactly what they are trying to pull.
