That message you're receiving is from an Apartment building that has a service that
phones the Tenant when a Package arrives.
... "Apparently, the individual taking down the phone number entered it wrong.
AND, This Tenant is away or going to be away for a number of weeks and this
may not stop until they returns."
You Can find out the Building where this tenant lives.
If you Have This option on your phone... Try and Use *69
That'll tell you the Last Incoming Call ...

I live in a high rise condo in downtown Miami, everytime I get a package via either UPS or FedEx the reception folks at the front desk use this automated system to call me and tell me to come down and sign for my package. And there is always a package there when I get downstairs. So for all of you that get this unwanted calls, maybe some building has your number on file by mistake

This is legit-a package has arrived. If anyone on this list got this call in error, they should contact Verizon (good luck with that!)

I got a call from
UF Warren 2013-06-17 19:46:52 Unknown
It's a call from Verizon Concierge, a service that many condos and apartment buildings use to let you know you have a package waiting at the front desk. It's legit - I get the call every time I order something via mail order.

Judith Bond 2013-01-11 19:06:24 Unknown
continuous call 5 times a week

Recalled the # it was also a recording with no information that would help end this.

KharlaD 2012-10-05 18:43:27 Unknown
I also received the call and they left a message about I will get a package
Does anyone knows what is inside the package ??
Burri 2012-09-17 14:35:11 Unknown
how do I stop this number from calling???????????????
Monkeysatyr 2012-08-01 18:18:55 Unknown
It's your residence front desk, notifying you that a package has arrived. It's legit.
I thought that it was a scam too, until the desk let me know that they use an automated phone service now.
I miss the doormen calling, this is so impersonal.
JNW 2012-06-25 14:10:57 Unknown
It's a call that tells me there is a package at the front desk. we have no front desk and the number is for a new employee.
These calls need to stop, they are very annoying!
segamil 2012-06-20 19:39:27 Unknown
DG is correct. This was a call from UPS letting me know that my package had arrived.
High Rise Building Tenant 2012-06-13 15:46:31 Unknown
It's a call from your building letting you know you have a package. Just go pick up the package and they'll stop ;) They call until you pick it up.

It's package notification. I live in an apartment and these automated messages come in when something is delivered to the front desk.
dg 2012-03-08 23:50:23 Unknown
The caller is Verizon Concierge - I think. This is a new service in our building, and yes, it is a robo call telling you that you received a package and (for me) it was at the front desk. I live in an apartment and yes, I had a package at the front desk. They also called my cell, which is unusual, as they don't have that #, but my building may have given it out.
dg 2012-03-08 23:47:34 Unknown
Believe it or not, this robo call, telling you that "your package is at the front desk" is legit. Not only did they call my apt. but they also called my cell with the same robo call. And yes, there was a package waiting for me at the front desk. My building uses Verizon Concierge and I think that this is part of the service.
Jack 2012-02-07 00:22:19 Unknown
do you live in a community or hi-rise with a front desk? if so, its an automated notification system letting you know that a package has been recieved. if not, its likely that someone has entered a wrong number in a residents file.
Frustrated 2012-01-12 19:04:29 Unknown
I have been getting calls 4 or 5 time per week for several months now. The message says something like: "the package has arrived at your home".
cin 2011-12-01 19:51:01 Unknown
have been receiving calls for about 2 weeks,,,message is " Resident alert ,to access the system, please enter your Account number followed by the # sign. "

I am getting similar calls both at work and on my mobile phones. I am talked to Bandwith.com folks and talked to someone at customer care. they told me that my numbers are not in their list and they will not be able to make any changes. I need to reach out to Verizon and they have to make changes according to their policy.

Recorded call every few days: "A package has been delivered to your residence... the package is in Receiving."

You have to call the police and tell them to subpeona Bandwith.com to get the name of the company and tell them to stop.
It is BS you have to do this to have them stop calling you...
