The genius should have picked a day that wasn't a bank holiday.  I hope they rot for their little scam.

Yes, I got the same message. I believe I received it 2-15-09. I called and it asked you to input your account number (which I entered all 0's and it said "invalid") and would not allow you to pass through the automated system.

I had recvd a text message on Mon as well advising the same thing I was nervous thinking my identity had been stolen becaise I dont have an account with this bank Im glad I looked up the info online and found this out... My nuber should be on the do not call list but not sure as to why they were still able to get my number

I checked my phone this morning and got the same thing, which was odd because I collect unemployment on a bank card that has nevada on it. I was worried for a second until my parents got the same text message and then knew it was a scam. :/

Got the same text message. I don't have an ATM card with them. I called the bank and they did not send out any messages. They suggested I file a complaint with the FTC. The FTC complaint can be filed at www.ftc.gov .

I RECEIVED THE SAME CALL AT 1900 TONIGHT 877 815 6543 I WILL BE TALKING TO NEVADA ATTONEY GENERAL IN THE MORNING AND LOCAL BANK OF NEVADA ALONG WITH THE LOCAL AUTHORITY. ISUGGEST OTHER PEOPLE THAT RECEIVED THESE CALL BY CELL OR LAND LINE DO THE SAME

I just got the same message and it  realized that i didn't have an account either. I'm glad I googled the number. I'm going to call the bank tomorrow and the police.

I got the same s***,what happens if you do call it?does it link your number up to some other thing so they can use it without you knowing? It said my call couldn't be completed from my area,really las vegas?

So tired of spam/phishing texts, I got the same message at 7am this morning.
probably being auto sent from a computer since it was sent from # 5000. Just don't call it, and maybe report it to community bank of Nevada.

I got the same message and said the same thing... I guess these people did a mass email last nite since I saw everyone's blog is within last 24 hours... I knew it was a scam cause I don't even bank with them... Even if I am, I wasn't born last nite.

And i heard they also they will also call your fone and leave a threaten message saying you owe a lot of money and you need to pay within 48 hours otherwise you will be arrested. MY FRIENDS, EVEN IF YOU OWE CREDIT CARDS, HOME FORECLOSURE, BANK LOANS, LOAN SHARKS, IRS, BILL GATES OR DONALD TRUMP OR WATEVER IT IS... YOU DO NOT GET ARRESTED FOR A CIVIL CASE!

I just got the same text message about my ATM card being canceled...since I don't use an ATM card at all nor have an accout at  Community Bank of Nevada I knew if was a scam............

I also got the same message and I don't have an account there or anything.  It is a scam, do not give any information.  Also if you contact the bank and police it will help to motivate them by showing additonal victims.

DO NOT give them any information. This happened to my boyfriend. As soon as we called the number and gave our information we realized this was fraud and we called and cancled out card and ordered another one. Be careful.

No one is going to do crap. Its been going on for several months. I have had the same text. Its pathetic

i got a text message saying "This number was included as a call back number in a fraudulent text message: "ApplicationCenter / This is an automated message from Community Bank of Nevada.Your ATM card has been suspended.To reactivate call urgent at 1-877-815-6543"

and it scared me for a bit.. so i did a little research.. and found this site. i just want someone to do something about this. :/
